the hotel is worth of money. They have got a high standard thermal pool, sona, steam bath and gym. The staff is very friendly. I booked hotel for 7 nites but i had cancel the last nite on 11th hour and they happily returned one nite money back. Bed are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is amazing. they have got 24hrs room service with reasonable prices. It is a little away from the main city but closed to the tram station.

Staff was not good

Hotel is really nice, larger size bathroom. Breakfast so so but Dinner is amazing! Nice variety , great breads, meats, and olives. Being there in Ramadan was a bit boring. A ghost town during the day, very little nightlife. The pool was very nice, spacious, lots of sun! Check in and checkout was as always very easy. The hotel has taxi station outside, so it is easy to get anywhere at anytime of the day. I will stay there again, but not during Ramadan

situé a 15mn de l'aéroport prix en taxi 10eu. l'hotel dispose d'un personnel au top, piscine géante ulta propre et bonne température, superbe salle de fitness, muscu avec tous le matériel, room service au top surtout le chiche tavouk, petit déj buffet au top, le seul déffaut dans cet hotel ce sont les portes qui claquent au matin l'orsque vos voisins sortent du au systeme de férmeture.

A notre arrivée nous avons repairé l'hôtel de loin car c'est une très grande tour. C’est pratique. Dès notre entrée nous avons été accueillis par un personnel froid et parlant mal l'anglais (pour un 5 étoiles). Nous avions une chambre confortable,sans plus, pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. Quand nous avons voulu aller nous baigner il nous a été difficile de rejoindre la piscine ,très mal indiqué et le personnel pas d'un grand secours! Les piscines intérieurs et extérieurs sont grande mais l'environnement et très froid et peu plaisant. Le petit-déjeuner était une catastrophe: après avoir commandé dans un restaurant tenant plus de la cantine que du restaurant d'un 5 étoile à un personnel froid et limite désagréable un thé, un café et du jus d'orange (industriel et pas bon,le jus frais et en extra bien que bien mis en évidence vers l'entrée )nous avons été au buffet ,très grand mais franchement pas terrible par exemple viennoiseries sèches.Quel ne fût pas notre étonnement en revenant à notre place,un monsieur y était installé et buvait notre thé!Nous avons donc changé de place ,recommandé des boissons et ...cerise sur le gâteau, les tasses était sale...elles avaient encore des coulures de thé ou café sur le pourtour des tasses....dégoutant. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré de vaisselles sales ou douteuses lors de nos trois semaines en Turquie ,bien que nous nous sommes arrêté parfois, dans des lieux fort modeste !!!Pour cela il a fallut attendre un 5 étoiles .

Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr edel. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Zum ersten Mal gab es tatsächlich ein Reisebett für unsere kleine Tochter , statt provisorisch etwas hinzustellen. Die Aussicht war super. Die Zimmergröße war genau passend.

Jeg var ind på Agoda hjemmeside, og bestilte en overnatning på Grand Hotel Konya, da jeg kom på hotellet få jeg af vide at deres svømmingpool er under renovering, som ikke står på Agoda hjemmeside. Jeg forladte hotellet med det samme. Og fik intet refunderet, og Agoda kan du aldrig komme kontakt med. Det er computer der ikke kan svare på de dine hvis du skal i kontakt med dem.

Стандартный сетевой отель, находится далеко от центра, но если есть дела в Университете, то удобнее жить тут. Комнаты просторные и чистые, есть всё необходимое. Очень приятно тут жить, когда есть различные скидки. Рядом есть остановка травмая - в центр можно доехать за 30 минут. Романтичный вид открывается с верхних этажей.)
