The Air conditioning was very bad, the room was hot. We tried getting a bowl to eat cereal and we had to go through 5 people and google translate to simply get the msg across that we needed a bowl. Not expected this from a 5 star facility. Will NOT be staying here again.

Old hotel....old facilities....I was not informed about renovating. Taxi dropped in the front of the hotel which was no access to the hotel....fortunately someone who is walking inform that entrance of the hotel is the back side. I asked taxi to drive me there...the driver was angry....and keep saying this is hilton... Finally I have to pay more in order they load our luggage again into the taxi compartment and drove us the back entrance of hotel. Then we walk to far to lobby, then we arrived at the lobby, our baggages were still at the back entrance, no body brought to lobby, a bellman just put them on the trolley and not moving them. So I had to go back to back entrance to ask them to bring the baggages to lobby and room. Very Very Bad.

This hotel has an outstanding View but it is very very old and needs to be renovated,wallpapers coming off walls bathtub rusted handles......... i would give 3 stars but it is not worth 5 stars!

The hotel needs a renovation. although we asked for a non smoking room the room smelled like it was a smoking room .. The bathroom had a shower curtain which we didnt like at all.. the hotel shouldnt be ranked as a 5 star hotel. The only upsides were the staff and the beautiful view from the room. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Rooms need renovation. Old style furniture and decoration but clean. If you are ready to pay more you will have the privilege to enjoy a newly refurbished room though. I personally think it's not worth the money asked for. Apart from that everything else was good. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, all what you need for breakfast to start the day. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel location , service, breakfast was superb but Room's Furniture and design layout needs to be Revamp/ upgraded. Looks very old ( 80s ish ) .

The hotel is quite old and I think there is not enough maintenance happening. The entrance was all the way behind the main entrance, I guess due to some construction and it takes a long way to reach lobby. In general, the hotel is looking old, the rooms are clean but still furniture and decorations are looking very old. I was amazed by the dirtiness of the outside windows; although there are nice views, you cannot simply see clearly due to the dirt and mud in the windows. Brekafast was good. Personnel is helpful. Overall, it is ok but I don’t think it is matching the Hilton expectations one might have.

Excellent location with mesmerising sea view. Sunset is visible from your room. Lavish breakfast buffet. Professional staff. Everything went well except the approach of the hotel. It might be because of some renovations taking place. Overall value for money.

The night manager and the duty manager are very professional...but dont go to this hotel until they finish with the renovation

Other than the long entrance through the mal the hotel was lovely - we had the view of the bay which was fantastic. The reception supervisor Belember was very helpful and we were taken care of by the breakfast manager very well. He even remembered what drinks we preferred. So thanks for everything

Maybe we went at the wrong time. Izmir is beautiful. Hilton is not far from Konak Pier. Nice walk. Plenty of cafes outside. You’ll never go hungry or get bored. Just too crowded coz when we came, they had some seminars going. It’s pretty uneasy when the staff hard sell you the executive rooms saying that they’re renovated. And one staff said to my dad, you pay standard room, you get standard service. Or to put it kindly, MAYBE he meant it otherwise-because the lack of spoken English that was quite apparent, it sounded rather insulting. But I must say, the morning view from the large windows is fantastic. Truly unforgetable.

المشكلة الوحيدة انه برودة التكييف غير كافية ( ضعيفة ) اما من ناحية المكان والنظافة وحجم. الغرفة ممتاز

“お酒を飲む人は”
5つ星だけあってサービス、清潔感は問題無し。wi-fiはハイスピードは有料だがスマホ使う程度ならロースピードではあるが無料で接続できる。 地下鉄駅からは徒歩10分、空港バスはスイスホテルの前の停留所を使うと徒歩3分。 お酒を飲む人は少しプラスしてエグゼクティブルームにした方が得。エグゼクティブラウンジが無料で使えるのでお酒とかちょっとしたオツマミをミニバーやルームサービスで頼むより安い。
