I have been travelling to Istanbul for my business trips since couple of years. It was the first time i had choose Nişantası area for my trip and i picked The Sofa hotel. There was a construction at the entrance so you don't know where to enter the hotel and they don' t have doorman so he should guide or assist you. 1. The room was deluxe room eventhough it was very small. 2. Cleaning process was average, i was so many dusts arround. 3. My first night even though my fiance called the reception because of the air conditioning was giving cold air in winter time, they didnt send any technician. Next morning she had to phone that up again ask for it couple of times. Overall... how much they charge you.. you only pay for the AREA not for the hotel. So they do not care if they please the guests or not.

Check out was a bit slow and receptionist who checked me out was a bit rude. Otherwise great place to stay at.
