“好立地”

部屋は暗かったけど寝るだけだし問題なし。スタッフの対応は非常によく快適に過ごせた。周辺は治安も悪くなさそう。

スタッフの対応がフレンドリーで非常に良かった。 フライトまで荷物を預かってくれたり、観光客の相談にも真摯に対応しており、非常に好感が持てた。 しかしながら、いかんせん設備が古く、アメニティも石鹸とシャンプーのみ。 テレビやトルコ式ウオシュレットも壊れており、Ｗｉ－Ｆｉも繋がりにくい。 昼間は観光しまくって泊まるだけと割り切れば良いホテルだが、それ以上は望んじゃいけないかも。

トラムから1分でとても便利、歴史地区内にあるのでアヤソフィア、トプカプ宮殿、地下神殿、などすぐ行ける、スタッフはとても親切、屋上から見えるアヤソフィアはとても素晴らしい。

They really need to put some money into maintaining this hotel. There were so many things that were broken or malfunctioning from the elevator without safety doors to the air conditioner to the television. I could go on. Staff, although nice, seemed unable to fix most of the problems and it seemed that there simply wasn't any commitment to upkeep. It was a nice area and, if I stay in that area again, I will look for another hotel.

“Close to the centre of this beautiful city ”

We have enjoyed our stay due to the easy access to the main attractions and sights. From this hotel you can walk pretty much anywhere. You can't think of a better location. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the same as the rest of the staff. One problem we have encountered though is that it gets quite noisy at night with people slamming the doors and talking loudly. The hotel doesn't have any carpets so the noise is carried easily. Also the rooms are very basic but clean. Overall, a pleasant stay.

“Comfortable and problem free”

The hotel is located only a 5 to 10 minute walk from Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, and Aya Sofia. It is also very near the ferries for crossing the Bosphorous and taking a river cruise. I had no issues with my room or the service, breakfast was average but adequate.

I highly recommend staying at Hotel Pamphylia. I stayed twice & will again if Im ever back in Istanbul. It's a 1 minute walk to the tram stop & 5-10 minutes to the main tourist sights & ferry. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. I was horrifically sick while here (dont think it was the hotels fault) & the staff were great throughout the night & following day after Id checked out & needed somewhere to rest.

“perfect hotel for a city-trip”

Everything was perfect. The hotel is quit small and old, the breakfast and rooms basic but in terms of value for money excellent. The staff is very helpful, speaks a lot of languages and always friendly.

The hotel looks better in the Agoda presentation than it is in reality. Nevertheless it is a cheaper hotel and if you are planning to do a lot of sightseeing it is still OK I guess. The staff is pleasant enough.

When we first checked-in, we were provided with the roof-top room without any proper space to even put our luggage. The room was dusty and without any air-conditioner. The receptionist was not very nice to keep on rejecting our claim to change room as the room picture on site and what we were provided were so different. Eventually, they changed the room but still the service given was far from good hospitality. The hotel was close to main attractions so if you want cheap, close to attraction and just a place to sleep, it may worth it.

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. ”

Terrible. The elevator safety door was broken. The wiring makes it a firetrap. I couldn't sleep because my room was next to the elevator and I heard the electric motor all night long. Breakfast was nearly non-existent. The staff were low-lifes and I was not permitted to make an international call. There are plenty of better hotels nearby and I moved to Raymond Hotel at 7 in the morning after a miserable not at Pamphylia. Only good for you if you just can't afford a real hotel. Big mistake for me.

“For the price, its a great choice”

I can't really say anything bad about this hotel, for the price we paid, it exceeded all of my expectations. Are there better, sure, are there much worse here, oh yeah. Its in a perfect location, literally a 20 sec walk to the light rail, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Its clean, spacious, and has most everything u require of a hotel. The only thing was the lock, it could have been more secure, more a piece of mind than anything. Concerning staff, when we checked out I totally forgot about some equipement I had left in a drawer (about 500 USD worth of gear) and when we came back to collect our luggage, it was there, turned in by the cleaning staff. I don't know if that would have happened in most places, truly trustworthy people. Breakfast was adequate, like I said, I expected worse, and was pleasantly surprised.
