エリートホテルのレビュー チェックインで非常に大きな困難がありました。スタッフは非常に無関心で、極めて失礼でした。期待していたダブルベッドではなく、シングルベッドが2つ用意されていました。到着時には、追加料金を要求され、チェックインの前に1時間以上待たされました。私たちはまったく歓迎されていると感じられず、最初からストレスを感じました。 何か必要な時は、最低でも2回は電話しなければなりませんでした。このホテルの唯一のポジティブな点は、美味しい料理の素晴らしいビュッフェと、スパ/サウナ施設でした。特に、非常に友好的で親切な清掃員のグレンダムに感謝します。彼女は私たちを歓迎してくれた唯一の人でした。
