2010年～2012年の頃と比較して、施設の老朽化が進み、適切なメンテナンスや更新がされていない。壊れた設備がそのまま放置されており、みすぼらしい上に不便。経営が変わったのか、スタッフサービスの質も落ち、以前の充実感は無くなってしまった印象を受けた。残念です。

The hotel is much older than shown in the pictures. Renovation of building and facilities are needed as they are not worth the price. No food selection for the breakfast due to internal management problem. Given uncertain circumstances surrounding the COVID-19, I totally understand the business owner, but the hotel is substantially needed to improve the quality so that it could attract more tourists going forward. However, I was impressed with the staffs trying to accommodate everything as they knew that the hotel overall was not ready to re-open. Thank you so much for this.

This is a great resort right on the beach. Although the decor is a bit dated it was all clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole resort would benefit from some TLC but still a fabulous place to spend a few days.

The Keeree Waree Seaside is a cozy resort at a quiet corner of Ban Krut Beach. Overall, the resort must have seen better days, as the bungalows, restaurant and pool area appear a bit worn out. Nonetheless, there are still good reasons to stay here, as it is situated in a beautiful garden setting with plenty of space. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. As we were just passing by Ban Kurt, it was a good place for have a relaxing pitstop and good sleep. It is hard to say, however, what a longer stay would feel like.

The resort was very close to the beach (just walk across the road). The place was quite unique, clean, and comfortable. Very good for vacation.

Everything is run down. Our toilet is blocked. Swimming pool look very dirty and bad. Staff are super useless. Breakfast is sad and cold. The garden look nice though. Pet friendly.

As no customers were there, it was like a ghost town, with hardly any staff. No hot water for the first 2 days. Lots and lots of mosquitos everywhere in the room., spraying didn't work as so many gaps in the windows allowed more to come in. Take care!

Rooms ok, but location is a long way from shops & restaurants. Main pool was closed indefinitely for maintenance, although it looked perfect except that it needed a good clean. Breakfast was extremely basic.

Booking site says last room available must book quick - actually only me and my wife were at the hotel, I can see why. Local shops thought we were stupid to book this place, it has a has local reputation as being very poor. Green swimming pool Algae growing up the shower tiles. Bulbs without lamp shades. Rotten wood floors in breakfast pavilion. Motorbikes up the path next to our room at at 7am. Old car with smoke billowing and engine running outside our room. Staff don't understand how to look after the place adequately.

The best thing about this property is it's lovely staff. From the reception staff, to the cook, to the groundskeepers, each of them had smiles and warm greetings and went out of their way to be friendly and kind. We arrived at 2am because of outbound traffic in downtown Bangkok---the next morning we were too late for breakfast, as we slept in. The cook offered to open up the kitchen and set everything out just for us so that we could have breakfast. And all done with a smile and genuine kindness. We were traveling with my small dog, so we loved the pet-friendly villa--the outdoor shower and 'garden' type space were great for the pup to be able to just wander outside and be contained. The grounds are beautiful. You will need a car to stay here---which isn't a problem for us, as we live in Thailand and have our own car. The plus side is that this area is very little known to tourists--mostly geared towards Thais, so the beach area (outside of main holidays) is mostly private and clean.

Bungalow was really charming, location probably difficult to get without your own transpart (I drove a car there), breakfast was too simple. Generally very quiet but a great place for solitude seekers. Excellent long beach, ideal for long runs in the morning

รีสอร์ทบรรยากาศเงียบสงบ เหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อนครับ พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม มีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 2 สระให้เล่น เดินออกมาด้านหน้ารีสอร์ทก็จะมองเห็นทะเล รีสอร์ทมีที่พักแบ่งโซนเอาใจคนรักหมา รักแมว สามารถน้ำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพักโดยเฉพาะด้วยครับ

รีสอร์ทเงียบสงบดี เดินทางจากกรุงเทพใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 ชม. ทะเลสวย พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน ห้องพัก ไม่เห็นทะล แต่ออกมาด้านหน้าก็เห็นทะเลเต็มๆ ชอบมากที่รีสอร์ทมีสระว่ายน้ำ2 สระ เด็กเล่นกันสนุกมาก ที่นีมีศาลปู๋ม่วงซึ่งเป็นที่เคารพของคนบ้านกรูดให้มาขอพร สอบถามรีสอร์ท เค้าว่ากันว่าคนบ้านกรูด นิยมไว้ด้วย กาแฟดำ น้ำ และ ดอกไม้ ถวายศาลตายายที่อยู่ติดกัน อาหารทะเลสด และราคาไม่แพงเลย แนะนำๆ ขับรถออกมาไม่ไกล มาเป็นหมู๋คณะก็ดีค่ะ สำหรับคนที่มีน้องหมา น้องแมว ที่นี่มีแบ่งโซนให้น้องหมา น้องแมวเข้าพักได้ด้วย

“旅行者には厳しい”
ペット同伴可のホテルとの事でここに決定。 周辺には何も無いのでコンビニ行くのも車やバイクが確実に必要。 レストランは朝しか営業してないので、昼と夜は外で食べる必要が有ります。 先述のように何も周りに無いので、移動手段が無い旅行者には非常に厳しいと思います。 部屋は可も無く不可も無く。 バスタブがジャグジーでは無いのが勿体ない所。 車などの移動手段が有り、ゆっくり静かに過ごしたい方には良いと思います。
