Disappointing & Awful - Arrived, we check-in but need to wait for almost 2hrs get my room (around 1pm). He(manager) said that checkin is 1pm onwards. NOT 11AM!!So please do go early there..totally WASTING YOUR TIME!!! - First room i got, the air-conditioner was not functioning & the fan they gave totally dirty (cover too many dust). Then, changed other room air-cond was ok. The problem is, the toilet a bit dirt and quite smelly. - 2nd Day (second floor) totally blackout suddenly at night around 7pm but then the staff help, so it should be okay. - Do not do cleaning service, and TV can not be used at all... - Inside room have cockroaches (not clean). - Manager keep on saying do not eating at their restaurant (gave me unpleasant feeling). - At night, the room totally can hear 99% club noisy sound. I cant sleep at all & can feel the beats at wall (POOR SOUND PROOF). Advantage - Great location. Near to restaurant, mall, patong beach.

Already booking early one month berfore and paid already but the time check in hotel room already full booking not include my booking..and change my room other branch..on this hotel so many problem..i have book for 5 rooms but only one i can check in follow sechdule..others rooms the hotel said not ready and must wait almost 2 hours...review for all rooms..one dont have kettle one dont have towel one tv cannot use one aircond breakdown just one room ok

We booked 2 room with super king bed, but only left one room when we check in. They transferred us to other hotel, only single bed we get. The staff who served to check in was rude, wants to chrg me for the room, breakfast also didn't have. Really bad ☹️

Really nasty rooms - dirty and very old! When we arrived they wanted extra money and we had already paid online, but they told us this was the wrong price! Can’t recommed this to anyone - pick another hostel. You can find much better places for less money. There was also a lot of noise, but this is what you can expect. Would give 0 Stars if possibel.

I wish there is an option to remove it from Agoda. worst than what you can imagine. very bad smell. full of insects. awful place. don't go there even if it's free.

This stay was truly horrible, we recommend you stay elsewhere. There were rats running around in their restaurant, they were really unfriendly, first they didn’t want to give us the breakfast we payed for (they did after 10 minuets arguing) and when we checked out they made us pay 200 baht extra claiming we had made a towel dirty (we hadn’t), when we asked to see it they said no. We argued for about 15 minuets, unfortunately we had to go not to miss our minibus and they had on of our passports so we just paid and moved on. So again, we truly recommend another accommodation for your stay in Phuket. Four backpackers

Its an okay hotel to stay at. Right across Bangla Road is the only + for this place. The rest is average like other hotel.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Bangla road. The room is basic but ideal if you're just looking for somewhere cheap to get your head down for the night. You need to go up loads of stairs on a very narrow, windy staircase so not suitable if you have a lot of baggage.

first hotel that I have stayed at that refused to provide towels. I asked for towels from five different hotel employees at least ten times and they never gave me any. Don't stay here unless you like to air dry your body after every shower

They cheated us. Even though we paid them through Agoda for twin room (double room) but they have given a small room with poor facilities. The amount I have paid through Agoda is more than fourth time the room actually deserves. Moreover they cheat people.

When I checked in the staff just gave me a confused look as if "you are checking in? Really?" After a few awkward minutes someone came out and took my agoda reservation but it was sitting at a hotel restaurant. Then there was no towels in the room for the first day. No room service.

I think it's the location that's good..the rooms r OK..but u have to climb..no elevator..overall if u want to stay near Bangla road thn its good

De toute ma vie jamais vu une chambre sale des cafards qui sortent de partout Envahi de cafards et les lits sont la sales la salle de bain crasseuses et impossible de dormir jusqu’à 7h du matin boîte de nuit qui colle le bâtiment les poubelles sur le balcon devant notre fenêtre établissements insalubres est infecte à ne pas recommander

スタッフが大変真面目で一生懸命に対応していた。 頼んだことは必ずしてくれた。海側は、静かで借景もよく気分爽快に朝を迎えることが出来た。来年も又来る予定です。三週間ありがとうございました。
