言ってはいけないかもしれませんが、このホテルは無料でも泊まりたくありません。 スタッフは一生懸命なんでしょうが、設備、メンテナンス、リンネがなっていませんね。

通常時なら価格も安くガマンできるレベルだがハイシーズンに泊まると、 円の価値は無い。 山の中腹にあるためビーチに行くにもレストランに行くのも坂の上り下りがあるので高齢者は無理 幹線道路沿いにあるが入口がわかりにくくタクシーや旅行社の方が迷子になっていた

Cons... really the place needs to be renewed or worked on... don't get your hopes to high when looking at the pictures. Pros: if you are not after luxury but actually travel to enjoy the beach and relaxing away from noise and pollution this is you ideal location. Do note, you need to love nature, and love to be active or rent a scooter so you can access the place easily. Otherwise you'll have to go through the beach and up the steps, something that nature lovers will find amazing! So be aware... no luxury! But the best of the place... service is amazing, cleaning everyday, the restaurant served DELICIOUS FOOD! So I definitely will come back and recommend it!

This place is probably suited to couples who just want to spend time alone together. It may also be the perfect place for someone wanting solitude for a day or two, (as in my case). It is not a 5 star hilton hotel by any means. More like your basic 'cabin in the woods' except this cabin in beside the sea.

Rooms are in disrepair to the point that they cannot be slept in due to bugs and other larger animals that can get in (the doors do not properly close) and the hotel has a 0 refund policy so they are basically running a business on hopes that people will book without reading reviews and then won't be able to get their money back... I'll be going to my credit card company to dispute the charge that's for sure

The staff is not nice at all. The hotel is very very old. The room is not clean and the sheets/pillow are dirty and smelly. The breakfast does not worth anything. The second day a snakes bite me just in the front of the room, it cost me 2 days in Patong hospital. Don't go there for any reason.

I experienced flight delays, so I emailed the info@ for the hotel informing them of my late check-in. I also tried calling the hotel, but none of the published numbers worked. I arrived at the hotel around 1 am to find the night attendant sleeping in the reception/restaurant area. He informed me that I would not be able to get into the room until 7:00. He spoke almost zero English. At 7 when 2 other employees arrived, they talked amongst themselves and I waited around for another 90 minutes before deciding to abandon this place altogether. I spent the night sleeping in a chair on their deck getting eaten by mosquitoes.

Do not let the pictures deceive you.. We booked a reservation ahead of time because the price seemed right and the pictures looked nice. We walked into our room and there were bugs everywhere.. on the bed, table, floors.. the front door had a hole big enough at the bottom of it that any creepy crawly could waltz on in. We thought maybe we could last the night until we found spiders and ants crawling in our pillow cases. Nooooo thank you. Within an hour of checking-in we packed everything up and went back to the lobby to collect our deposit back (2000 baht deposit for a 500baht room.. excuse me?). They didn't even ask why we were leaving so soon - it didn't even feel like they cared to be honest. We even asked the people in the room next to us if their room was covered in bugs as well - they said yes and they had to spray the room with bug spray. TRUST ME - we back packed for 3 weeks and this was the worst room we could have stayed in. The rooms just seem rundown and neglected.

I was very disappointed. The hotel does not correspond to the photos. The room was very dirty, destroyed. Torn toilet seat, Crumpled sheets, bed dirty, damaged flooring, old and ruined furniture. From the hotel it could go to sea, but one could not swim because of the amount of trash - including hospital waste. Breakfast very weak - one egg and one slice of salami and nothing to do. Staff, probably the Russian very reluctant. You can get to him a taxi or scooter because the road to the big hill. Hotel would not recommend this stay for one night spoiled us very impressed.

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at ever anywhere in the world especially including Thailand. The management or owner threatened us and left there's no other option but to call the police because she would not return our key deposit. The owner also did not care about any of our concerns at the hotel like bedbugs and slimy showers. walk paths do not work, all of the railing is broke and the floors are super slimy and dangerous. Owner tried to keep deposit and we had to call police to get it back because the sheets were dirty as we stayed there seven days and they never clean the room once. We had ants in everything that we had including our backpack and these are no regular ants they attack you at night when you're asleep. The owner is rude and inconsiderate and threatens to give you a refund if there's anything you complain about. Then try to charge you for a bunch of things wrong with the room like if you don't clean it out he wants to charge you. He did not register as with immigration and said he does not do those things. If we go to immigration day we will cause him any problems and we will regret it. Because he did not register us and our passports had two days to expire we had to pay the immigration 500 bot a day because he would not put us in the system. We were forced to report him. Once again I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is ran by a slumlord. This place had bedbugs the floors were slimy and the shower was full of mold. Power did not work for three quarters of the day. Air conditioner does not work great at all.

Management not at all concerned with guest comfort. Wifi did not work at all. Garden is nice but rubbish and litter everywhere. Paths and balconies not swept. Broken railings. Power out for 12 hours. Neighbouring guests had to call police to intervene for recovery of 2000Bt security deposit. Management claim sheets were dirty. The place has a very disturbing feel to it.

I came to this hotel for my 3rd time visit in Phuket. The first time is alright coz is still stay in the hotel environment that I want. But this round is really bad and they ask us to go other hotel with very bad manners staff 1st - The hotel room is fully book although we paid for the room much earlier. 2nd- they offer us to stay in another hotel near by with very bad location and access to the hotel room.( a long down hill) 3rd- the condition of the hotel is really bad, air-condition is not working , no water in the room and etc. 4th- it's take us 2hour to get into the room for first night. And srew up my holiday mood. 5th- on the 3rd night, they still can provide the room that I book(Karon cliff contemporary) and still stay in (baan Karon Clif) which is different hotel. 6th- I decided to check out the room and change hotel. 7th - I strongly advice to you not to come over this hotel for your holiday. 8th - the hotel bed sheet is not in white color and it's more like home stay. Not worth the price i paid. 9th - agoda customer service please take note on this complain and you don't provide me what you offer in your website. Please contact me via email to solve this issue. This is the place where you get tired instead of relaxing. You should go down stairs to reach the beach but to get back to your room will be really dificult and will mass up your vacation. Older peopole can not. Also the air conditioner was working like a fan. Rooms in reality look like not as nice as they are in pics.
