I was not given room when we reached hetel and asked for showing of room front desk staff refused to show qurelled n denied giving room but money was deducted

When we reached d hotel for check in... They denied kr booking nd said they dint recieve any booking confirmation from agoda although i had showed them the booking confirmation voucher from agoda..... Then we requested them for verbal booking..... They charged us 3500THB although our booking amount through agoda was 2700THB only.... I even requested the property owner to contact agoda but he denied..... We faced this king of problem 2 times throughout our stay in Thailand..... I wont recommend any of the foreign customers to use agoda...

Stayed here as a result of an unexpected cancelled booking at our pre-arranged hotel. While the room was arranged last minute, it was a very poor substitute for the booking we originally had. When we arrived, there were dead cockroaches in the room, and one bed was not made up, so we were left looking at a grubby mattress until we insisted that it be removed from the room. The room had no window and was very loud.

It was off season, so very slow, but the beautiful staff members were all smiles and welcomed me warmly. There's a billiards table in the lobby and 3 of the staff members took turns at playing me.... one of them is getting quite good and she'll probably be mercifully defeating guests in the very near future. The unique decor in the lobby is fun. The street outside is a lot quieter than the noisy central area a few minutes away, so if you're looking for a quieter place, this might be a good, budget option for you.

i must admit when i arrived at the maya i though oh no its the old pt hotel .stayed there last yr not overjoyed. its new owners however have improved lots of things at the hotel . this time no bugs , rooms were clean showers and toilets all worked v good ,its a little far from the town but on a scooter 5 mins or plenty cabs and tuk tuks around . the staff were great very helpfull, in general a nice cheep place to stay . my only moan is wifi not very good most of the time ,but when does work is good but limited day and night .im sure if the wifi was improved guests would be even more happy with the hotel . i would stay again .thank you. mr c help guernsey channel isles

Very far from town centre although it states it's closer. Wifi does not work in the rooms. There is also no windows in the rooms we stayed in. They tried to massively overcharge us at the end of our stay. Overall, our group of 5 was not happy with this stay, we will not be back and would definitely not recommend staying here.

it is just perfect for money you pay, really good for solo stay. stuff is unbelievable friendly and helpfull. however a bit far from party streets. best luck from Lithuania!

Points negatifs: hôtel un peu excentré mais idéal si l’on recherche le calme. Manque une porte pour que la chambre soit vraiment communicante. Points positifs: personnel au top de l’accueil aux personnels de service. Chambres spacieuses propres et bien insonorisées. Que du positif. Merci

先说一下，我们是凌晨4点下的飞机，拿行李，等车，到酒店基本就早上6点了，而且司机还不是很认路。设施还可以，对得起这个价格，空调很给力，差点没吹感冒！床够大，够软！只不过房间没有窗户，这一点我非常非常非常不习惯。开门用的是古老的钥匙，洗漱用品很简单，貌似没有拖鞋，哈哈。作为简单休息及中转，知足了！

ottimo lo studio standard con vista piscina ..bel panorama..e molto tranquillo.. letto un pò scomodo rispetto alla media della città..tutto sommato ci siamo trovati molto bene ..posteggio privato per moto, locale bordo piscina dove cucinano dell'ottimo cibo thai e non. Staff gentile. Unica pecca è che nella prenotazione dicono di dare l'acqua (come tutti gli hotel) invece non ce l'hanno praticamente mai messa, e non c'è il phon per i capelli. Io me l'ho fatto prestare dalla signora della hall.
