    “すごく良い”

    チェックイン時に、現地スタッフへ直接連絡して手続きをする必要があります。 英語の苦手な方には不向きだと感じました。 ただ、部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていながら、築年数も浅いため気持ちよく過ごせます。ルームクリーニングはありません。 コンドミニアムを部屋貸ししているので仕方ないですね。

    “コストパフォーマンス”

    A館屋上プールはチェアーが少なくゆっくりできなかった。B館のプールは冬は日当たりが悪くとても冷たい。スタッフは空港送迎や早朝チェックアウトにも快く対応してくれた。

    “コンドライフを楽しみたいならＧＯＯＤです。”

    ホテルから気分転換に。以前から気になっていたＴＨＥ　ＢＡＳＥ　ＣＯＮＤＯに3泊しました。 良い点 ①ＪＦは当然ありません。何人でもOK。毎晩友達が来てパーティでした。キッチンで料理も作れます。調理道具、食器5人分、電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫、洗濯機完備です。 Wifi完備、ドライヤー有、電気式シャワー ②まだまだ新築です。とても綺麗です。プールも２つあります。A棟は最上階31階にあり素晴らしい景色の中泳げます。B棟は3階にプールがあります。 ③セキュリティは入口ゲートにてチェックされます。またエレベーターホールに入るにもカードキーが無ければ入れません。 ④バイク置き場も広く、友人が来ても十分置けます。 悪い点 ①あくまでオーナー所有コンドの部屋貸しの為、フロントが無く、チェックイン・アウトは事前に電話連絡して待ち合わせる必要があります。正直邪魔くさいです。 ②ルームクリーニングやタオル交換はありません。 ミネラルウォーター、ティッシュもありません。自分でスーパーやコンビニで購入する必要があります。 一度コンドライフをお試ししようと思われる方にお勧め致します。

    the condo was clean and new , but the check in and check out need some time bcs you have to call the host and wait for the host to come and meet you overall we enjoy our stay here , the room, the pool and everything

    “Disappointing on check-in and check-out”

    “This is the best place to stay while in Pattaya!”

    This condo is the best deal for your money in Pattaya. I have been in a lot of hotels, and condos , etc. all around Pattaya from walking street to the far north end. this is centrally located and is the most secure setup I have ever run across. The only complaint is checking in is a little more trouble than it should be, but after your checked in your good to go. Security will not let taxi, vans, shuttles or anything in without a swipe card. You have to stand outside and call whoever your booking is with, they will come down and check you in with security, then they escort you into the property to your room. key card only accesses your floor, elevators are key card access only, the security is a little excessive, but better more than less. Next time I come to Pattaya, I'll be booking this place.

    “Nice apartment but a little bit small”

    Good location close to central festival shopping centre. Lots of restaurants shops and massage near by and very easy to get anywhere in Pattaya from there.

    “Looks better than it is”

    Good and bad, good stuff first location makes it easy for shopping/bars/ beach, pool looks fantastic but in reality there are only 5 sun beds for the whole of the apartment block so you can't sun bath and relax up there. With it being so close to the bars( soi diana , LK metro ) it's very noisy until 2/3 am, and there is a lot of big construction on the door step so you are probably going to be woken 8.00 in the morning, you have to pay for housekeeping 300 bht each time you want clean towels and bed linen and give 24 hours notice , on arrival you have to wait outside at security until someone turns up from letting company, nice enough place but can get better

    “The Base Condo without a Reception”

    Can be noisy due to inconsiderate parents not keeping control of their young kids - sounds along the long corridors. In this context the design is lacking. Request a room towards the beach away from the LK Metro area where the sounds from nightlife continue to 2am possibly 3am as well. If you book online be sure to receive instructions from owner/management company concerned because there is NO reception as such to assist you to obtain access to room etc. Rooms can be small & balconies adequate. I had a good selection of TV channels - only one TV though. Good pools - 2 low level and 1 high level. Also there is a garden roof top area too.

    “Illegal to stay here for short stay.”

    So many reasons Agoda should take this building down from its site. Firstly, it is illegal to stay in this building unless you are a long term resident. There are signs on the wall and I was warned by 2 residents that I may even be arrested by Police for staying there and thrown out of the building. We all know that can cost a lot of money. Secondly, I paid extra for a room with a sea view. You must call 30 minutes before arrival and someone comes to meet you. This is because it’s not a Hotel. I was shown my room and it had no sea view. The girl rang the boss and I argued with her stating it was not a sea view. I think I know the difference. So she put me in another room for the night and said my sea view room would be available tomorrow night for the remaining 2 nights. The manager also said I would get my first night refunded. I moved on day 2 to the sea view room. I had bought some food to cook my breakfasts as there is a full kitchen. But then I was told cooking is not permitted and against the rules. Seems the manager has rules but does not care about the rules of the building. I checked out with the same staff and asked for my nights refund which she knew nothing about. After a call to the manager I was offered 1000 baht. About 1200 baht short of what I was promised. This management is totally deceitful and dishonest. I do not recommend anyone stay here. The pool on the roof of building A is really great. The rooms are so tiny its lucky I was on my own. Better to stay in a Hotel. This is a Condo Building.

    “깔끔해요”

    깔끔하고 수영장이용하려고 갔는데 생각보다 수영장이 크지않고 사람들이 많아서 인생샷은 못건졌어요.... 그래도 기분낼겸 간곳이라 기분은 났습니다. 위치는 엄청 좋진않지만 여기저기 다 택시로 다닐만한 거리라서 괜찮았습니다.
