This is the worst place to go. Staff are lazy corrupt and reception lady wants to make money out of customers. Overcharge quote taxi and elephant trip. She is making money on the side. Room smells of sulphur and toilet. Breakfast is none existent. You get melon/pineapple/bread/cornflakes when available. Kitchen staff lazy and do not pick up plates you do it. Someones kid in Kitchen. Far away from town, beach rubbish.Everything wrong with this place.. empty rooms most of the week about 10 people max. Worst Hotel/staff ever DO NOT GO THERE!

The hotel is nice and lying by the swimming pool was great. The villa is really nice but it had a big problem (at least ours ). The bathroom has very bad ventilation and it smell horrible. A pitty since it is a nice hotel. If you are by the pool most of the day, sunbathing and having a shake then great. The beach is tidal and not very nice compare to ao nang. We stayed only one night as preferred to stay somewhere with a nice beach.

We chose Coco Beach because we wanted a reasonably priced holiday in quiet place with good food and comfortable surroundings. It is certainly quiet. Expect to pay USD20-25 for the taxi from the airport to Coco Beach. Once you arrive, the leaving is not so easy, with no passing taxis or public transport anywhere close by. The sea-view suite was large and clean. The air-conditioning good. The sulphur smell from the bathroom can be quite over-powering. The plug in the bath does not seal and the water is brown making having a bath unappealing. The sink had no plug. The bed is very hard and only one pillow per person. There was only one uncomfortable chair in the room. There is a bar fridge with 2 small complimentary bottles of water daily. You cannot buy a bottle of water at the resort. There are no tea or coffee making facilities. The food in the restaurant is ok, but several items were unavailable. The drinks menu is mostly, also unavailable. There is a range of beers and on most nights one of the range is available. Unfortunately, it is not always cold, but ice is available. Breakfast is included, but is only cornflakes, fruit & toast. Eggs & pancakes cost extra. The mosquitos in the restaurant are huge! The beach is nice, tidal and dark sand so extremely hot underfoot. The pool at the resort is small & clean. It lacks shade & comfortable places to sit or lie down. Wi-fi is very intermittent in the rooms.

Easy booking trough agoda. Paid €60 per night for the suite. Stay was relaxed but overpriced. Seaview suites dont have seaviews and the staff doesn not speak english. They say yes to everything but dont know what you asked. The beach of had yao is dirty so you need to stay at your resort. Thisgoes for the whole stretch of 7 km of beach. When we arrived we found out that the place just opened 2 weeks before. Loud noise during the day due to the constructions. 6 poolbed for 13 rooms, not good. This might all be better at the end of 2014. Very small menu in the restaurant, you can not eat somewhere else, everything is to far away.

ไกลค่ะ เข้าไปลึกมาก หาของกินยากมาก เซเว่นก็อยู่ไกล อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมแย่มากค่ะ บอกไม่มียังดีกว่า เสียความรู้สึกมากค่ะ มีแค่ขนมปัง เนย กาแฟ น้ำส้ม นม คอนเฟล็กซ์ สัปปะรด ถ้าอยากได้ไข่ดาวต้องเพิ่มเงิน 40 บาท คือต้องเก็บท้องไปหาของกินในเมือง แนะนำ คนที่อยากไป คือคนที่ต้องการความสงบค่ะ

พนักงานดูแลให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากครับ แต่ติดนิดเดียวว่า"ไกล" เมืองมาก ขนาดจะไป 7-11(minimart) ไกลไปประมาณ 10 กิโลเมตร ร้านอาหารที่ใกล้ที่สุดอยู่ห่างไป 500 เมตร ไม่มีรถอย่างพวกเราค่อนข้างลำบากครับ

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Anlage Negativ : - dreckig Zimmer - Dusche kaputt -Klima kaputt - es hat nach Abwasser gestunken - Tv kaputt Nach drei Mal Zimmer wechseln , sind mir statt 5 Nächte nur eine geblieben

Das hotel isr nur dann zu empfehlen wenn man Erholung und Ruhe haben möchte. Rundherum ist gar nichts. Der Strand ist ok aber nicht uberragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Der einzige wirklich furchtbare Punkt ist der schreckliche Gestank am Abend und Morgen im Badezimmer. UMBEDINGT Duftkerze oder ähnliches mitnehmen!

-Unerträglicher Kanalgeruch im Zimmer, der auch mit vielen Duftkerzen nicht wegzubekommen war -Meerblick: in weiter Ferne, durch ein paar Bäume sah man eventuell das Meer??? -Pool ausgelassen, auch 1 Tag später noch nicht annähernd verwendbar -Strand direkt vor dem Hotelausgang: alles voller Glassplitter, keine Möglichkeit zum Baden aufgrund des seichten Wassers -keine Restaurants oder Supermarkt im weiteren Umkreis -nachdem wir den Entschluss gefasst haben, abzureisen, wurde uns versprochen, die restlichen Nächte refundiert zu bekommen, leider bis heute keinen € gesehen

Das Resort liegt fernab von jeglicher touristischer Infrastruktur an einem langen, flachen Strand. Wir waren auf Durchreise und wagten den Abstecher, auch dank dem Sonderpreis von für 1 Nacht. Beim Einchecken wurden wir darüber informiert, dass der Pool ausser Betrieb sei. In unserem Bungalow (Nr. 1 gleich beim Eingang zum Resort) kam eine weitere böse Überraschung: Im Bad stank es wie in einer Kloake. Das Personal war hilflos und brachte einzig ein Duftlämpchen, das wohl den Gestank übertünchen sollte - chancenlos. Der Bongalow selbst ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet: Bequemes Bett, Flatscreen und Wifi vorhanden, ebenso Badewanne und Dusche - wo wir aber eben die Luft anhalten mussten wegen dem unerträglichen Gestank.Stühle für den Sitzplatz erhielten wir erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und am Pool gab es viel zu wenige Liegen. Das Meer eignet sich zum Baden ebenfalls nicht, da das Wasser bis weit hinaus sehr flach ist. Rund um das Resort gibt es nichts, so dass man ohne eigenes Fahrzeug praktisch nichts unternehmen kann.Das Frückstück war ok, aber sehr karg: 2 Scheiben Toast, ein Glas Saft, etwas Rührei und Früchte pro Person!Für eine Übernachtung war der Aufenthalt gerade noch erträglich, aber wir können das Resort im derzeitigen Zustand wirklich nicht empfehlen.

在这里住了三天，真的是很民宿式的度假村，风景很美，每天吃早点都看着大海，沙滩是黑沙滩，人迹罕至。从机场打车过来600泰铢，一路上司机都在反复强调那里什么都没有，果真一个度假村里只有三四组客人，我和朋友是除了员工以外唯一的亚洲人，附近都是树林，只有一家小小的杂货店，没有任何餐馆，如果你不去甲米镇或奥南，那么你就只能在酒店里吃面包了。酒店外那片海滩真的要小心，朋友站在水里被水母蛰到了，幸好不是很严重。员工非常友好帮忙找药，总的来说是很不错的度假村，就是太偏远了。
