“Just like in the pictures”
The villa itself is really well designed and put together. It's secluded and away from any noise or busy traffic. The staff will tell you that it's 500m from the beach. But in reality it's about 1-1.5km walk up and down a steep hill to the bad end of the beach. The walks not possible for young kids or older travellers. You will need a car to get around as there's no shops or stores within walking distance. The staff will help organise rental if you ask. At the end of your stay you will have to pay for electronic and water while you were there. When we stayed electric was 8thb per unit. At the end of 5 days, our bill as 3,000 THB. Which is about a months electric bill for a condo in Bangkok. So yeah, that was a bit of a shock. The villa facilities are good quality and we'll laid out, which makes it easy to get done what ever you need. We opted no to have a cleaner during our stay, you can ask for one if you wish. but even so, the pool guy cleaned every couple of days, and the outside was sweeped in the mornings after heavy rain. Overall, great villa in a quiet location. But your gonna need some wheels to get about.
