ビーチ沿いにある、無難なホテル。部屋は綺麗。ビーチは砂浜という感じではない。 ここの一番の良い点はすぐ隣に島で一番有名？なおいしいシーフードレストランがあること。 ディナーもランチもそこで食事しました。 ただ残念な事に、チェックアウト時にちょっとトラブル発生。 チェックアウト時に電気を使えるようにするためのカードキーがヒビ割れていたため、そのカードキーを弁償するための料金を請求された。 そもそも一度も抜き差ししていないし、全くもって見に覚えがないので抗議をしましたが、認められず。 この点に関しては非常に不愉快な思いをしました。 あちらの言い分は、あっちはキーを渡す時にちゃんと確認していて、その時点で割れてたはずはないとのことでした。 百バーツやそこらでしたが、もっと強く抗議すればよかったと今では後悔しています。。

近くには何もないのでタクシーやレンタルバイクでの移動が必要。 ただ、のんびりとビーチやプールサイドで過ごす分には十分です。 静かで過ごしやすいです。

The restaurant is great and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is also very nice. However, we had an incident where we were eating cookies in the hotel room and suddenly a lizard touched our fingers. Turns out it had been in the package for quite a while. The prior night we had a cockroach in the bathroom. We mentioned this at reception, but they offered to downgrade us to a different room. Didn't feel so welcoming, so I would suggest maybe offer a complimentary dinner in the future for guests that don't have the best experience. Some guests could get really disgusted by the cockroach and lizard and leave a 1-star review. The location was great, though, there's a private beach and cheap laundry across the street.

Nice hotel. Decent beach. Rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy as they’re on the main road. Upgraded to a villa which was good and no noise. Complimentary shuttle to Lamai beach takes less than 10 mins. Down side was that we missed a shuttle by 5 mins, only to be told we use it for a charge of 200bht, a bit cheeky as it was the same vehicle and hadn’t actually gone anywhere - it was just 5 mins after the schedule. Wi-fi is very good throughout. Staff are generally excellent, , breakfast was very good with a good choice.. Saw the General Manager (Peter) about most days asking guests how things were , our group had a couple of minor issues that were resolved very quickly. A nice little hotel in a good location just out of the main drag of Lamai beach.

Old and very noisy hotel. It is like if you were sleeping in the middle of the road. When it is windy the windows move and make a terrible noise. I excepted much more for the price I paid. I will never go there again

Location not in central of Lamai. Good part is you can rent motorbike opposite for 200bath per day. We nego 350 bath for 2 days. Beach not suitable to swim, many sharp rocks. If u like quiet area not much activities, this hotel is good.

I was Soooo surprised this was such a great hotel. Most hotels I stay in I pay anywhere from 200$usd to 400$ per night depending on where I am in the world sometimes more and I couldn’t believe how great this place was given it’s price. Loved everything

Very nice place with a great quiet location. Great food and great staff. Try to avoid the side building, its old and the rooms are a little worn down and it smells fungus. We rented a sea view room but unfortunately we ended up in that old building where you see the sea but it’s kind of outside the hotel. Other than that, great place with very nice and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, lovely pool area, and good and quiet location. But again, we spent too much time getting things fix in our rooms. first no hot water for shower, then water running from roof into oure bathroom. Then we change room, it should have been better, but not. We could not turn the jacuzzi on and off, the staff look at it many times but it never going to works. then water running from air conditioning into my face while i was sleeping. When I'm on vacation I will relax and not spend a lot of time on things that should be okay at the 4 star hotel. We have stayed at this hotel 5 times now, and if you live there for more than 2 weeks, the breakfast becomes too boring, there is no variation. And one last thing. I'm tired of staying in a suitcase for 2 weeks, your hotel rooms are big but there are no furniture where you can store your clothes, definitely not good enough. We are coming back, but we hope you listening to our criticism, and we get the room we ask for.

Do not stay at this resort if you think it's a 4 star. We arrived at the lobby and were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist. She proceeded to take us to our room but went to a basement floor. I stopped her and mentioned that we requested a high floor through agoda. She then told us we have to pay more money if we want to stay higher. The floor she brought us too was covered with garbage and clearly isn't cleaned nor maintained. I told her there wasn't any way we were paying $200 cad for a hotel of this low quality. She then told us if you want to cancel the booking, go do it online through agoda. We ended up cancelling the booking and paying a taxi to another resort. Stay away - the reviews are true and this is not a 4 star resort. Save your money.

Pros- bar staff was nice and check in was easy Con- ants infestation all over room and all over our things. When asked to move to another room we were made to feel like a huge inconvenience. We were also accused of bringing the ants ourselves. They refused to launder our clothes as compensation. This could have been the least they could do. However, they shook all our clothes to probe there were no ants. There was but still refusal. We left to another resort and checked out early. Not worth the money. Go anywhere but here.
