“コストパフォーマンス高し！また利用したいです。”

金額の割にはご飯も美味しくて良かったし、温水シャワーが有難かった。 コテージの支配人のおばちゃんや、ウェイトレスの皆さん、マッサージのお姉ちゃんと、とにかく人がみんな気さくで暖かかったのが印象的です。 部屋のスペックやロケーションも大切だけど、やっぱりこういうことが大切だなぁ。と、改めて思う。 とにかく快適に過ごせました！

“Very disappointing ”

Myself and several friends decided to stay at this resort a few nights ago. And we had a pretty horrendous experience and would not recommend. Firstly the hotel seems abandoned run down and scruffy. When we arrived there was no knowledge of our booking at it took several hours for them to resolve the issue and finally show us to our room. Our first room was a bungalow it was filthy and everything in the wrong was old and seemed to be broken, door handles fridge, TV ect. After some Complaining we were moved to another room. This room was better and much cleaner however the water pump wasn't working so we where unable to shower or even flush the toilet. Once again complaining to reception we where told that we could use the pool outside shower.. This was rather shocking but we didn't have any other choice so myself my travelling companion and other holiday makers had to use this one shower. Our whole experience of this hotel was very bad/ however the one man that that seemed to be the only guy working there really did try his best. But sadly this hotel needs knocking down and re doing I would not advise booking this resort until some serious investment has been made

“Overpriced ”

We booked it over Internet. And arrived to a overpriced! First the couldn't find our booking, then it was some problems with that. We got a very small and dark bungalow that has seen its best days like ten years ago. The aircon didn't work, but it wasn't to easy to change. They wanted us to wait to the next day. we didn't agree. The cleaning was bad, and not everyday. The service was bad. The pool was dirty. When we were supposed to leave we checked the time for taxi the day before. When we came 10 min before it was supposed to leave it already had left.. What!!! We had to go to the boat and couldn't wait for it to come back. So, we had to hire a more expensive private taxi. No, this place was worth like 1/5 of the price we payed. Then it could have been worth it! But a three star resort, it's not! More fitting name is the old one, Central cottage.

“nice beach, okay hotel”

it was a pleasant stay. what i like most is the beach side, its really beautiful compared to other area. hotel/room wise, just okay. the condition quite old. staff very helpful, not rude.

“Nice spot, waiting for the people”

Nice place, although not all the folk working there seemed happy. Right after checking in one angry guy came up asking if we were staying there. Fair enough I guess, but there are nice ways to do that (like asking the checkin person - only about 4 rooms occupied). Cleaners were cool if 'enter-with-no-knock' type. Walk-in got shown to a not-so-nice hut out the back, Agoda options were better! I'd stay there again though, not bad value, great location, price was ok.

Nothing good to say about this place apart from its fantastic location . Very poor service , way over priced , terrible restaurant , I waited 25 mins for toast and jam . Thong nai pan yai is a great beach location to chill out , but The four resort , formerly Central cottages is poorly run and maintained , try elsewhere at least you may get a smile .

The hotel was a mess. When we first arrived reception had no record of our booking. The room was terribly maintained, poorly painted, and basically a waste of money. The bathroom was literally a nightmare in poor design. The place was just above camping. In fact we stayed outside most of the time to avoid the place, and we are the type of travelers who can deal with just about anything. This is not a "resort". This is a collection of poorly maintained huts with a high price tag.

We were hoping for a quiet beach-this is not it. Busy beach by day, busy little beach side restaurants and bars at night. Just another smaller tourist cove. Great if that is what you're looking for. Central cottage was good, if a bit expensive.

“Perefect location - attentive staff”

we arrived 7pm and the resort was quiet but that didnt stop the warm welcome and the fact they new we were coming - got a nice upper level room so our view in the morning was lovely - overlooking the beach and sea - the balcony was great size and we had a 3/4 sized bed and 1 small so would return with gf daughter next visit no problem, they provided first class taxi service to the ferry when requested and cheaper than the farry terminal service

“Awesome location for a great hotel”

We stayed here over three days, one of which the full moon party was on. Although it's quite a way away from the Haad Rin (full moon party beach) it's an amazing location. It's very easy to forget that there is a party at the other end of the island with anywhere between 10,000 to 20,000 people. The hotel organised a taxi (200baht per person, each way) which went at 7.00pm, 8.30pm and 10.00pm and returned at 2am and 4am so it's easy enough to get there and back if you wanted to. The beach is beautiful and fairly quiet even though it has several hotels/resorts on it. We had a really good poolside room that was the closest to the beach without being on the beach. It was clean and tidy with air conditioning. The bathroom was tidy enough but was a wet room (toilet, shower, vanity all in one small space) which I'm not a fan of because everything gets wet. In saying that, this is Thailand, those bathrooms are everywhere and it was pretty much dry in a few hours. Considering the water was piping hot, the location is fantastic and everything else was great, the layout of the bathroom is a very small price to pay.

“Nice room but the crew was like fawlty towers”

We liked the room, but the crew was not very good. There was een grandmother that screams, two sons who were very busy with theirselve and for the rest it felt like fawlty towers. Only the lady that did the check in was trying to make the best of it. The room was ok, it was a little bit clowdy but for the rest it was clean. It was a few steps from the beach. The breakfast was a little bit poor.

“old hotel, not clean and very expensive”

So we booked this hotel which in thailand is very exlensive. When we arrived we saw some 300 steps of wooden stairs which it was very stressfull to go upstairs after a long journey with the luggage. The room was large but it is very old and it is in need of maintance. The pool is very small not what it likes from the photos.

“Perfect Place to Chill Out”

Nice Place to chill out and relax but can upgrade on services. Beach is very beautiful and quiet area by swimming pool, however roads leading up to resort must be improved.

Great location right on the beach near great restaurants, very relaxing.

the hotel have a transfer service from pier to hotel. the staff are nice and the hotel overall is okay. price paid for a deluxe is okay according to the size of the room, but the accommodation could be better than what actually is. some concerns: i booked two rooms and one of them have one double bed, the other one has two double bed.

“Awful "resort" ever visit!”

this place could be hardly named "resort" or even hotel!! bad accomandation, bad staff, bad pool full of bleach!!!! do not go where!
