The hotel is not new but very clean. 2 big swimming pools, one just next to the beach. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Full Moon Party. Minus: Dont provide water.

Not on a sandy beach, more like little rocks but its ok because the beautiful sandy beach of the fullmoon party is at a 5 min walk !

Unfortunately we couldn't check in early, even though we asked for it. We waited until 2 o'clock, when they told us that only 1 room was ready and the other one would take an other hour ??? We decided to check in for one room, but when we arrived they were cleaning the second room so fortunately we could check in for both. If you want to want your room cleaned, you have to go to reception and leave your key, because they only have one main key so they can't open the rooms. Very odd. The 'private beach' is good advertising, but the reality is different. The beach can't be used since its very small and there are trees on it. Overall the hotel was decent, but very empty. Almost no guests and because of that we received an upgrade, which we appreciated! It's walking distance from Haad Rin, but I think you wouldn't hear anything from the parties there. Because of the good price, the cleanliness and the location I would recommend it.

There were ants in every room as we wanted to move rooms because there were ants in the bed in our first room. Staff wouldn’t listen to us and gave us dirty looks when we tried to move. Waste of money.

This hotel was amazing, rooms was mega clean, staff was very helpful, beach parties and full moon parties is only a 5 mins walk away. 7/11 shop is just outside it and also the travel agent.

This resort appears to be being merged with 2 neighbouring resorts, going by the confusing signage on arrival. Whilst the staff were very polite, they seemed inexperienced. I booked a twin room for myself and business partner, but on arrival we were taken to a double room, which was considered an "upgrade". Presumably they are trying to manage availability whilst they renovate and merge the neighbouring real-estate, but when I suggested that my colleague and myself had no intention of sharing a bed for our stay, we booked a twin, and we needed a twin, we were then taken to another double. This one had a cot in the corner, big enough for a small child, but not for a western adult. The 3rd room we were shown was suitable, but who needs to explain to reception staff the difference between a twin and a double room?? The gym was a long way below acceptable in respect of equipment maintenance, and safety, but the pool area is in severe need of renovation.

Pro's: The bed was good, the room was clean and really spacious. Also the shower was nice and big. They provide sunbeds at the pool and beach. Con's: The music at the pool was really loud. When asked to lower the volume, they didn't do it or didn't understand. The personnel at the reception downstairs and the pool were not really friendly. The one at the frontdesk was. The foid at the hotel was expensive so I ate out (which is nicer anyway)

This place is going thru a refurb, a merger with 2 neighbouring resorts, I think, but I'm sure when they come out of the other end it will be impressive. At this pace that will be another year or so. For now, it's tired, confused, in need of serious upgrading, spread out, and the staff are in the same state, not really sure what's going on. I booked a Twin Room, called a Twin Room, specifically because of the twin beds, for myself and business partner. On arrival I was taken to a king room, and told this was an "upgrade". I explained that my business partner and myself had no interest in sharing a bed, we don't need an upgrade, we need the twin room we booked. They got another key and took us to another king room, with a small cot in the corner, for one of us to enjoy we are both over 6' tall. Finally we got a twin room, but why have staff that can't understand the basics of hospitality. Doubles are for couples, twins are for friends.

The place is nice, they immediately "upgraded" us to their newer building (there's three hotels next to each other all owned by the same company), the pool is gorgeous and overlooks the sea. I started getting an obscene amount of "mosquito" bites, and after going to the pharmacy for some afterbite I was told that it was actually bedbugs - which made a lot more sense since I'd only had a handful of bites before I got here and we had already been vacationing for a few weeks. The staff happily changed rooms for us but we switched hotels the following day. Le Palais up the street is 100% recommended. Nicest place I've ever stayed. And no new bites!

Staffs are nice and friendly. Good located resort near beach. Room is quiet small but that's enough for us. Aircon is quiet noisy. House keeping should not sit at the stairs. We were surprised that some staffs are sitting at the stairs. In the morning, some drunk ppl from the party was knocking the door and make noisy or fighting, not sure. That's not what we are expecting anyway. It is party area.

Our room was clean and comfortable, however a bit dark and old-fashioned. What we really missed was the cleaning, we had to request it, but even when we put the sign nobody came. The garden is very nice, creating a great atmospherw, but it is quite dark in the evening and there are usually random dogs all around. I like them and we had no issue, but maybe it would be a bit scary for some. Pool at the seaside is great, we really loved it, but I was suprised that if you order something, there is no option to have it for the room account, nor paying by credit card, so even in the place calling itself a resort, we had to bring cash to the pool... It was disappointing. Not that we ate there a lot, as both the poolbar ans restaurant is overpriced, there are far better options nearby. Overall the resort is nice, what means the pool, garden, location and rooms, but the services are really not good, it could be a much better place with a bit of an attention and organization.

Bad value for money . Our glass door had a crack , bathroom door wouldn’t close , der were no toiletries in the bathroom except for basic , d curtain rod was broken and the highlight was that there were coackroach in our room . Only one front desk for the huge hotel room and most of the times no one attends .

Resort is nice but due to Staff and attitude it's a Hell. Right at the Check in. They will take 2000 baht in the name of Security. Then when they clean the Room. They will charge you for Spoiling there Towel or Sheets that too if you did or not. Doesnt matter. They blamed me for coloring there Towel Pink. When I checked that Towel it has Blue, Green, Pink, Orange all colors on it. I asked why it has so many color spots on it and you charging for Pink.They said it's a new spot on it. I was shocked as I didn't even had any pink color on me. I had only applied Green color on my body that too was cleaned using my personal towel. So it was a Big Lie and Cheating that they do with there Guests. When I told them you are confused it can't be mine. THEY SAID WE WILL CALL THE COPS. You pay us or Police will come. Manager was literally abusing and showing fingers to us. It was soo treating that we started feeling like Looted and fearful as they won't let us checkout n leave. So we somehow handled the situation. But the Manager and staff have made this place a Loot House. Later they entered my room without my permission and changed all the Towels as I shown them that all there Towels were having colors on them. So they changed to new towels to save themselves.. And silently entered our room even when we had DONT NOT DISTURB tag outside the room n we went for dinner. Never book this Hotel. Save yourself..plz.

“非常に満足”
This hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the full moon party and plenty of restaurants. It's nice and quiet but near everything. It's 30 min from the Pier and it's a bit secluded but you can rent a scooter and drive around the island. There's plenty of chair around the pool however, there is no chair on the beach.
