The pictures seems to be a few years old. The price was little too high for what we got but I think that’s normal when you travel over new year. It’s a basic hotel with ok rooms. The staff was always lovely and helpful. The location is great.

Lovely looking place but as of 10/07/22 it has bedbugs. We stayed 1 night then switched rooms and had to leave after we switched. I have bites all over me. I hate to leave a bad review but walking by the place today there is still people staying in same room and it doesn't seem that they fixed the situation. Sorry Yi but you gotta get the place free of bedbugs as its a chain effect and can travel to other hotels. Also its been really difficult to deal with the amount of bites I have on me and Ive had to get all my laundry done and clean everything I have packed with me.

The best location in the old town of Chiang Mai! Super close to amazing vegan restaurants and breakfast places, tidy and quiet rooms, very relaxed and chill atmosphere. Pool was clean and nice! Would definitely come here again, excellent value for money
