私たちは快適な滞在をしました。部屋は古くなっていましたが、大丈夫でした。プールは清潔でした。雨季のため、レストランは閉まっています。評価7/10。

21:30に到着したがホテルの街灯は消え人の気配はない。ホテルなのにこんなに暗いのか？怖くて不気味な気配。 闇の中進み辿り着いたフロントには誰もおらず、チェックインができない。 フロントに書いてある電話番号にかけてチェックインをしたいと伝えたが一方的に無理だ、誰もいない、と言われてホテルを去り違うホテルを探す羽目にになった。 予約時にカードで引き落とされた金額の返金希望のメッセージしたが返信はない。 金額だけでも返して欲しい。

朝食は価格に見合わない。 宿泊だけをお勧めします。朝食を取らなければ4つ星ですが、朝食を取ると2つ星減ります。

とても古いホテルで、すべてが荒廃して見えます。葉っぱが散らばっていてほとんど掃除されておらず、まるで廃墟のホテルのように見えます。トイレには蜘蛛の巣とホコリしかありません。

部屋にWifiパスワードの情報がなく、チェックイン時にもパスワードを知らされていなかった。内線電話は壊れており、フロントまで尋ねに行くのも面倒であり、結局Wifiを利用できなかった

OYO 720 is fairly new. It has a swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and large. Bathroom is very nice. Sliding glass doors off to a Small patio. The grounds were well maintained and an added bonus. I would stay again

The hotel is a set of enormous log houses set in the beautiful grounds with the river running through the forest garden. There are beautiful birds and butterflies and the place is peaceful. Sadly at this time of Covid-19 I was literally the only customer to stay - which was slightly disconcerting as the grounds are so big that I felt far from the reception. The kitchen and bar were closed so not refreshments, dinner or breakfast - I understand this is a strange time, and I had a car, but I felt like they could have provided a simple cereal and toast as a breakfast as it is remote. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place would be really wonderful for a group tour. I can only hope that it, and all the resorts in Thailand can find a way to stay open for the future as this would have been a paradise visit under other circumstance.

Situated on the banks of the Ping river in beautiful green surrounding, spacious rooms in wooden houses, very friendly and helpful staff, very good food, bicycle available for free

Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner, nice setting at the river with beautiful garden, high trees and diversity of birds. Large rooms with very comfortable beds in wooden Thai style houses.

I was overall pleased with our stay. However, the bathrooms need to be better maintained. The hot water was not that hot and the plumbing on the sink leaked if faucets were not tightened down. Towel rack bar was missing in the bathroom. The toilet was did not work well either. I think with some basic maintenance the bathrooms could be brought up to a better standard. Also, the bed linen was not changed the whole time we were there and there was a hole in the bed sheet.
