Give me a good value for money but I have one problem, as I am allergic to dust and the room is not that clean as much so it makes me uncomfortable when I sleep and stay.

It felt so far even with the motorcycle. I think 8-9 Km from the center. Room is cozy, it is acceptable. But I won’t stay there again

+ clean room, nice personal (even tough little minus because they didn't speak almost any English) -location (we took always Grab or walked to the main street and took Red songthaev), old shower and toilet in one If you don't mind to shower next to the toilet seat and to stay little bit outside of a center this will be great and cheap accommodation for you.

The location is quit creepy if you walk at night. It takes about 7 mins to walk from the hotel to the road. There’s a motorbike rent provide for you at the hotel. The room is bigger than I expected but the bathroom is quite small. And there is a cute café connect to the hotel which you can chillax here. The staff they are super nice and friendly. Even though this place is not a 5 stars hotel but the service is definitely beyond 5 stars. I’m impressed.

Fan room is cheap, but a little stuffy (musty). Not great if you have allergies. Otherwise, no problem.

Pro: complimentary water every day, decent bed, decent coffee at the adjacent coffee place, let us leave our luggage there for a day Con: thin walls so outside noises came in, staff was nowhere to be found after 17.00 and practically didn't speak english, no ventilation in the bathroom.

basic amenities all checked! Hot water, clean towels and sheets. Location is great, just a 5-7 mins walk out to the main road gets you awesome local street food. Out of the old city has it's little perks. Just wished that the toilet wouldn't be that small.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful! They were so good to us. They treated us really well! We really loved them! They provided us outstanding customer service! Esp the guy at the front desk. I don't know his name. He also made us good coffee. He was really sweet and courteous! We arrived there a bit early and he saw that we were tired so he just let us stay in the room first and we didn't have to wait till 2pm to check in. He didn't charge us more because the room was available at the time. Thank you so much for everything and for looking after us. Even it was only 2 days there, we were satisfied with everything. We will def come back to stay there and will recommend this hostel to other people. The hostel is very close to a local market where you can buy cheaper local food and they are tasty. There is a lot of local restaurants around there. The hostel also provides bicycles for you for free. The place is quiet and cozy!

On arrival communication errors had to get 4 people to get the receptionist to understand my question and then was still hard to get answer. Room 110 next to washing machines as stated from other reviews are very noisy... They put them on at 11pm also?! Like the title average stay.

For this price, I have found this hotel is beyond my expectation. They have key card at the front gate, TV, WiFi, A/C, water heater. The rooms for daily guest are on the ground floor, the upper floor I assume that it's for monthly tenant. For the bed, as we have booked 2 rooms, the bed in one room is nice but the bed in the other room is too soft which made us not so comfortable. I would have added one more star in Facilities if the hotel had electric plug at each side of the bed to charge mobile phone (the plugs are too far from bed), and another star in Facilities if the hotel had more light in the room as it was too dark in the room. This hotel also have a lot of parking, washing machines and cafe. After all, it's worth my money. I recommend this hotel and may visit again.

Very good choice, despite the fact that we had 'worst' room (no. 111 near washing machines) none of them times they were on after 21:00 so they are not a concern. I think the stuff took into consideration previous complains. Moreover, reliable internet and awesome cafeteria are huge pluses.Scooter is must have. Ps. Good eats just around the corner (near 7-Eleven you can eat for 30-50 baht). To reach center it takes 15 minutes. Additionally, the stuff let us to leave our backpack for 5 days. Very pleasant stay.

Clean and new in a cute neighborhood. Cozy beds. Friendly staff. However the room smelled like rotten Chinese food, the bathrooms have a ridiculous design (be careful not to drench the toilet paper when you turn the shower on), the bathroom light was out, and there are not a ton of food options around. Better to have a scooter here, which they rent for 250 (quite high).
