A simple no frills guesthouse, simple room, small but clean and at a great location. Only 10min walk from MRT line, and the restaurant downstairs is pretty good! Based on other reviews I was afraid I would be pushed to eat there but nothing like that happened, I ate there several times because I actually really liked the food. Toilet seat and shutters in the bathroom need to be changed, even after they managed to pull them down for me, I still didn't feel comfortable to switch on the lights in the bathroom. There was some kind of an exhaust unit outside of my window that made a lot of noise when working.

We got the private room on the top floor and it’s a really good price for what you get. The place looks just like the pictures. The bed is very firm, so if you don’t like hard beds, perhaps this is not the best place for you. The room is extremely spacious and the bathroom is also very large. It’s the biggest shower I have seen in a hotel. However the bathroom sink has basically zero water pressure for some reason. We stayed for 3 nights and asked for the room to be cleaned and they only cleaned it on the last day. We had to go downstairs and fetch our own fresh towels each day. There is a restaurant downstairs and the menu is pretty good and well priced, however they don’t take card, only cash, and the owner very firmly pressures you to eat and drink there almost every day, which is rather off putting. All in all, if you are a budget traveller and want somewhere decent to stay and very affordable and don’t mind certain amenities not being available, this is the place for you. The rest of the place is a hostel and the bar stays open late into the night so also bear this in mind.

Staff is very friendly and the room is good and includes all the basics. The bathroom is especially nice and its also good because it includes a restaurant and bar without it being too noisy. All in all very good!

пожалуй это лучший отель в Бангкоке. расположение хорошее, не далеко от центра, даже пешком до торгового центра можно дойти. каждый день утром перед дверью оставляли бутылки воды, за что им большое спасибо кровать мягкая, чистая, одеяло и подушки комфортные кондиционер работает холодильник большой ночью не шумно, можно спокойно спать. однажды был инцидент: кто-то без стука и без предупреждений открывал ключом дверь, но я была в номере, поэтому зашедший человек быстро ушел. кто это был и зачем заходить в чужой номер - не понятно

Purposely chose the hostel cause it's near to dance venue for the week. Comfortable and clean, the staff will always do cleaning upon request and 2 water bottles were always provided everyday. Great food all around area, spoilt for choices. Most important it's quiet....worth the price. If I come to Bangkok for my yearly dance event will definitely stay here again

This place has the basic necessities at a very good price. A little removed from a lot of what there is to do, but it is quiet with everything you would need nearby. Removed from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean.

The room was big and had large windows on 2 sides of the room. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower. The people who worked there were super nice. I will stay there again if I get the chance.

Stayed here to get away from the busy parts of Bangkok. Great location 10 minutes walk from lumphini park, great room very modern and big for a fair price. Will look to stay again before going home !

I contacted the hotel before my stay by email asking about early check-in and never received a response. Make sure not to arrive before the 14:00 check-in time as the shutters will be down and you won't be able to enter. Upon arrival, the host wasn't very friendly or welcoming. However, I was pleased with my room which was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, on my final night there was a very noisy party downstairs with loud music and many people singing until 2:30am. I wasn't able to sleep at all, which was a problem as I had to get up at 4:00am for an early flight.

It is a very good hotel with interesting design of rooms. All equipment and facilities are well done with some bit of home-like style rather than just a hotel. It has everything in the room. Big TV, refrigerator, very nice shower with good pressure. The only really bad drawback is horrible noise insulation of windows. We could not sleep at night at all due too street noises. We asked manager to do something or change room. She came with technician but they didn't fix anything. We were suffering every single night. She also didn't help to move to a different room as hotel was full booked, maybe. It was horrible stay in this hotel.
