I stayed here for 3 nights, as it was near family in Bangkok & also near restaurants, 7-11, etc. The room is nice & adequate. The air conditioning strained against Bangkok's hot April air, so my unit never really got cool, except for at nightime. The room was large with an en-suite bathroom & hot shower. The water heater was inoperative (likely a popped circuit breaker), but since it was so hot, it was actually nice to take a "cold" shower. The check-in process was a bit chaotic as the lady behind the reception desk knew no English. I ended up using my Google Translate app on my phone to facilitate communication at check-in. (The main lady who rents the apartments speaks good English, but wasn't available at that time). Overall these apartments are nice and reasonably priced if you want economical accomdation in the area. As long as you can handle a little bit of a language barrier, it's plenty good.

Though relatively near to the international airport Benjaratch is still some 18 kilometers away but lies along Ramkhanghang road quite near the office of a befriended company. So, all in all the best option for the price and the service given and with restaurants and a shopping center nearby too. Yet far it is from the centers of nightlife which in this case was a good thing. Hats off for Benjarath!

I had a workshop and I needed a place nearby. This boutique apartment fitted the bill. It was close by and there were restaurants nearby so I didn't have to go far. It is a little ways out of the city but it was fine with me. The bed was hard and there were dogs barking. Other than those, it was fine.

“Great location for access to International Schools”
The hotel has an air of old world charm with knowledgeable Thai & English speakers on site. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Exceptional value for money considering the location.
