Despite the name, this is an Airbnb not hotel. The rooms are scattered all over a residential building. There isn't a reception. Check-in done by a lady standing in the elevator lobby. Do not expect anything like a hotel.

O2 hotel is located near ximending market and train station which i really like about the hotel. However, the staff we met when we checkin in o2 is non english speaking which made us difficult to understand their house rules and we have to go from 11th floor to 7th floor just to get new towels. no housekeeping. Also, the building is like a residential place, not really a hotel,also there's a guard at the lobby that will not care at all to ask if you are looking for O2, btw the building does not show the name of the hotel so you have to rely on google maps to find it. still, considering it when i go back to taiwan.

Second time staying here, hotel was clean and spacious as expected. Location is good, just walk straight all the way from Ximen station exit 6 and you will arrive directly. Only not so positive thing was the toilet cannot be flushed unless waiting for at least 5 minutes from the previous user. Otherwise all good.

Location is good but no room cleaning service available and we will need to bring the towel to exchange everyday by ourself. Room is too small and not clean for family with kids. Maintenance needed.

Less than 5 minutes walk to Ximen station and Ximending night market. Quiet and clean place. Secured. Spacious. Great choice!!

good location walking distance near ximen station and other bus stops. Many food shops,mall and convenience stores nearby.. Upon arrival, there is no reception counter like a hotel. Just a personnel in charge of the in and outs. The o2 hotel personnel will come down and give you the key to your room. You will use it to enter the building and elevator just like airbnb. We were given wrong rooms for the first night, the rooms given was not what was published on the site so better ask them when booking. The rooms were changed to the right rooms the next day but it was not as shown on the gallery. We did not insist anymore. No one will clean your room. They will change your garbage bags only. Sheets and towels are not changed. You have to request from their office for change. Security is ok because no one can enter if without keys. Shower with hot water. Toothbrush/paste, slippers provided. Wifi and hairdryer too. Sheets and floor is cleAn. Pantry without pans and utensils but with stove.

Near Xi Mending. A lot of shop to visit and food to eat nearest Stay for 3 times in this trip. The room design all definitely different style. But not bad, quite comfortable. Luggage storage service and washing machine, very useful for my trip.

For our 8 days stayed, there is no house keeping. We have to change the towel if needed. We have to change our bedsheets ourselves on the fifth day. No reception at the hotel lobby, only security guard. Only provided 1 key and we have to prearrange our trip if we come back separately. Reception operates from 10am to 12 mid night. There is no fire extinguisher at our level, it was taken out. Not sure there is any testing on the fire extinguishers on other levels. Safety door can be opened at the cargo lift, we have question on the security. Toilet bowl not properly maintain, any moment the feces will flow out.

The location is great and we felt secured. The room is spacious and perfect for my kids. Staff are also great. Things that traveler should just know is to pay attention on what the receptionist will tell you when you check in. Two things I want to recommend 1.) Though kitchen has burner to cook they don’t have pans . As a traveler, I will not buy pans just to for the three days I will stay so I felt it’s useless. I would rather had microwave instead to heat up my food. 2.) Please check the bed if it has a bugs on it. I ended have bites in my legs though I don’t know if it’s from there or I got it somewhere. But overall it’s nice accommodation for our family. Thank you

Location is very great, walking distance to famous night market Ximending and near to Ximen Station that you can travel ard Taipei. Hotel is not a hotel, some sort of homestay , room quite big , its comfortable for family of four with provide washing machine. One thing that this hotel not provide mineral water, they do not clean your room but they will empty yr dustbin. If you need a clean towel, you need to get from the office.

With the price offered, is a nice place to stay in Taipei. The room is very clean, and they provide washing machine should you required washing. Location is very near the Metro station and 7-11 store should you are hungry for foods at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But do note that they only provide one key so may not be convenience if your group want split way.

“安いから仕方ない”
我が家はベビーカーとスーツケースがあり、ホテル玄関の階段５段が毎回大変でした。 チェックインも１階にいる管理人がホテルの人を電話で呼んでくれて、来るまで中に入れてもらえず５分程度暑い外で待たされました。 夫婦と小さな子供３人がいるのでベッドの段差が低いツインを予約したのに、案内されたのはなぜかロフトタイプ。 子供にはロフトは危険だし、ロフトの柵もグラグラでした。 鍵も１個しかないのに、ホテルの玄関もエレベーターも鍵をかざさないと開かず、連れと別行動できません。(私と子供達だけ先にホテルに戻ると、主人が後から戻って来た時、わざわざ私が１階まで鍵を持って迎えにいかないと主人は入れません) ３泊したけど掃除は一度もなく、毎朝ゴミ箱だけ交換で、シーツ交換はなく、タオルは10:00～22:00の間に自分で部屋のある12階から７階まで交換しに行かなければなりません。(この時も鍵を持っていかないとエレベーターが動きません) 立地は良く、今回は寝るだけだから…とあきらめましたが、小さな子供を連れていくには向いてませんでした。 ベッドは大人２人の間に子供を１人寝かせても広々してました。 洗濯機もありましたが、ちょっと汚かったので使いませんでした。 ホテルの無料Wi-Fiは充分使えました。
