中山駅出口3.住所から、判りにくいアパートホテル場所。入口のFANCELさん電話して頂き、5分後にスタッフが登場。横のエレベーターで4階へ。雑居ビルに部屋が5～6部屋。ホテルの看板がない。 到着は14時過ぎだが、部屋の清掃は完了していない。やっと16時に部屋に入れた。 3泊で1万円ほど。中山駅に近いから、割り切って利用すれば良いかも。

3泊しました。 雑居ビルの5階で入り口が分かりにくいですがMRTの入り口の前、繁華街のど真ん中で便利がいいです。 部屋はバス・トイレ・キッチンが揃っています。窓はありますが隣のビルが迫っていて光は入らないです。 料金を考えるとコスパいいと思います。次、台北に行くときにも候補にしたいです。

3泊しました。六時のチェックインに間に合わなかったら、ラインメッセージで、建物の写真や方法などを教えてくれました。初めての海外旅行の人にはハードルが高いかもしれないですが、簡単な英語なので、数回旅行経験がある人なら大丈夫です。部屋は、古い感じはありますが、特に困りません。隣の音は気にならなかったですが、雨の音は多少気にはなりました。

とても立地は良いのですが、迷いました。 フロントも無く、どこに行けば良いのかうろうろして、同じビルの方に電話連絡してもらったらアパートのようなところから人が出てきてくれ、鍵を渡され中に入ることが出来ました。 説明に、最初の受付の仕方が書いてあると有難いです。

チェックインはオーナーとのメールにて部屋の階数、パスワード等やり取りが必要です。チェックインまでに必ず確認が必要です。 壁が薄く隣の声が丸聞こえです。

このアパートは台北 中山3番出口のすぐ横にあるが、どこにもアパートの名前は書いてない。その上、通路を入ってから、エレベータで4階まで行き、暗証番号で玄関を入り、尚且つ暗証番号で部屋のキーを受け取る、その説明が一切なかった。夜中の一時過ぎに たまたま親切なガードマンとトラックの配達の人がオーナーに電話をしてくれて、その上、部屋まで連れて行ってくれた。とても親切な台湾人に会えた為、助かった。

空室を埋めるべくしてか、１番広い部屋が当日の予約で半額以下でした。普通料金だと少し高いかなと思うかもしれません。 ホテルというよりはひと部屋貸してもらえた、というような感覚です。 大きな通りの前ですので、車の音がうるさかったりしますが、夜中は静かでした。 残念だったのは、冷蔵庫に前のお客さんの飲み物が残っていたこと。大きな蚊が何匹か飛んでいたのでうるさくて寝不足(笑)いくつか刺されました。ワンプッシュで部屋中の蚊を撃退できるものを持参することをオススメします。

MRT中山駅の3番出口のすぐ横に位置しています。 屋根が無いところを歩くのは出口から2mもありません。 これからの季節は台北も雨が多くなるのでその点は大変良いかと思います。 ロケーションですが新光三越中山店の真向かいです。 お土産はここの地下で大概の物はそろいます。 またディンタイフォンの支店もあります。 徒歩15分もかからないでマンゴーカキ氷で有名な冰讚(ピンザン)に行けます。 そこから5分くらいで寧夏夜市(カキオムレツが有名)です。 アパートメントタイプなので朝食はありませんが、台湾ならホテルの朝食より、外で食べたほうが選り取り見取りでお勧めです。 私は今回、窓ありの部屋を利用しましたが「台北市南京西路」側になるため、それなりに車の音が気になりました。

Unless you are planning to party all night and be drunk enough to become insensitive to very bad spring mattresses from 30 years ago... this place needs to be avoided totally. Btw, we booked for a family (clearly specified on the reservation, with a room clearly including a sofa bad for the kids). The owner pretended it was not included and that he did us a great favor to 'offer' the sofa bed... we left the room as soon as we could. In general, furnitures are old, broken, and dirty, and the water heater... among other things, included a rusty nail popping out. Not only the place is bad for a family, but it is dangerous for young kids. Finally, the boulevard is so noisy (no sound insulation whatsoever) that it is impossible to sleep before 11pm, and after 5am. It feels like your are sleeping int he street.

Get passcode for wifi and key.... Get the passcode to get the key out of the box but the code was wrong. Luckily I was able to connect to wifi, and the wifi passcode was ok. So I contacted the owner to get the right passcode and I was able to get in but it was a bit annoying . Kitchen is almost unuseful....cockroach was there, too. Other than that, it's ok, expecially thinking about the location, it was great. Not able to store my luggage before / after check in, because basically there's no owner there.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and it started off really good. The person who replied to messages replied quite quickly, we got new towels and water everyday for the first 3 days. But then on the 4th day, we came back to our room with only 2 fresh towels (for 3 people). So i messaged and asked for a 3rd towel. I never got an answer back. For the following 4 days, no one came in to clean our room nor change our towels. So we had the same 2 towels between 3 people for the last 4 nights with no one replying to our messages/requests. Since no one came in to clean our room for the 4 days, all of the rubbish bins were overflowing (and since there are few rubbish bins on the street, we had no where to put our rubbish) and we ran out of body soap. However, the location is excellent. It is a 1 minute walk to the subway. Overall, terrible service and communication. I definitely would not stay here again.

Equivalent to a 3 star hotel but perfect location (literally at the Zhongshan exit), no issues with traffic noise and could not hear other travelers. It’s basically a hallway with 6 or 7 rooms (maybe converted from office space?). My room was very clean and included 2 bottles of water and a hot plate in a small kitchen. Perfect for solo or couple travelers! And really you cannot beat the convenience of the location, with access to red and green MRT lines just steps away. I was very pleased with my stay!

The location is very strategic. 1 minutes walk from exit 3 of zhongsan station. Owner allowed me to check in earlier. Thanks owner! It is an apartment style. Room no daily bedsheet changing and floor sweeping. Only towel changeable and dustbin is been clear daily. But that is ok for me and partner. Can do light cooking. Easy check out from the apartment. Overally, it is highly recommended. 👍👍

Location is superb, you just need to exit via exit 3 of zhongshan station to reach the apartment, but if u are carrying bulky item, u might need consider exit 1 or 4 and cross the road to reach. There are many shops around for shopping. Famous shop like porter is just around the corner. Rilakkuma cafe is within walkable distance too. Taipei main station is within walking distance too via the zhong shan underground route. The only bad thing which I can say about this apartment is that the curtain is unable to block off the sun in the morning.

Superb full size shower facilities with shower gel, shampoo provided. Within working distance 5 mins to the Zhongshan public gym. This is an apartment, so pls do not expect daily cleaning. They do however provide change of towels and trash bin if needed.

The location is really great, near to the Taipei Main station. And when you go up from the exit Gate A3 of Zhongsan station , the hotel is on the Fourth floor of the building on the left . Staff is very friendly. The room is nice and clean, especially here is very comfortable .
