This is an apartment which has been partitioned into 4 different rooms. For a family of 5 (all adults), we were given a room for 6 which comprise of 3 queen beds. There is sufficient space for us to move around and open our luggage (all hand carry). Fengjia Night Market, 7 Eleven and Family Mart is located two streets away. Very near to FengJia University so there streets are always busy with motorcycles. Anyway, this doesn't bother us as the room is quiet. The bed was abit soft and floor looks dirty maybe because its a bit old. The staff was friendly and guide us to the apartment from the main street. Recommended stay if you want to be near to the night market.

Despite the spacious renovated room shown, the actual 4-bed room we got was in fact very small, with no space even to turn, not to mention the luggages that we had to stack up. Bathroom was even tinier, you can only come out by walking backwards. It got all wet because the shower is directly on the toilet bowl n basin. What a design. Wifi not connectible and tv needs password from staff, who was not responsive with our enquiries. We paid rm320 for 1-night stay, but we could got a better rate for only rm180 at the fengjia yoho hostel next block, with bigger room, sofa, hanging place, and free bottled waters. Regretfully it’s too late to cancel. Not really fit for family with young kid, but perhaps better for small group of travellers with young luggage. The only good point? They remind u of your trip 2 days before, address given is quite clear. Overall, this is a merely a hostel, beautifully renovated on the outside not inside. Agoda should review the authenticity of the pictures advertised.

Friendly owner/ staff who came all the way to the cafe to guide us. It looks more like an apartment that is renovated with a few rooms for booking. There is no reception in the place but they are within the buidling somewhere.
