Nice big clean room. The TV worked well. Breakfast was average in taste. Lots of flies around the food, not comfortable. The hotel is a bit far away from other restaurants and shops. No hot water shower despite numerous reminders to staff.

Regret to inform, I booked Deluxe Room through Agoda for 4 Adults with Breakfast. But once we enter to the Hotel, They said I have paid for double Room with extra Bed and Breakfast only for 3 persons. So Once I inquire they said I am the first gust they got through Agoda and Agoda is giving wrong information in Agoda's web site. So finally after spending hours I paid for extra Room charge and breakfast charges to them and got a Room.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Although the location was good, the room is smaller that what they charge for. Most annoyingly, there was repair work going on and all through the afternoon there was drilling sound inside the room which made us to leave the room and stay outside till evening. Even after multiple complaints they did not stop. They seem to think that we are staying there for free for them to do as they please. The only saving grace was the breakfast, without which I would have rated this hotel very poor. One stretch inside the room was so slipper that we had trouble in walking across without falling. Absolutely avoidable hotel!!

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed and good AC. The pool was refreshing for a dip and we were able to see whales from the dining area that faces out to the ocean. The staff were all extremely nice.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and the manager Praneeth who was very helpful. As our flight was leaving late in the evening Praneeth allowed us to use the pool facilities and to have a shower after we had checked out. Praneeth made our stay very special as he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Our room was very clean, the shower had hot water and the facilities was good. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

BREAK FAST WAS NOT A BUFFET STYLLE , IT WAS SERVED ,MOST DISAPPOINTED WAS THERE WAS NO SALT OR PEPER AVAILABLE IN THE HALL AND NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO ASK FOR IT TILL THE END OF NON SALTY BREAKFAST.

Easily reachable location. Swimming pool was always available. Breakfast buffet is not the greatest but nothing to complain taste wise. The only concern that I had is that breakfast buffet ends at 10AM and we were there for the buffet at 9:15, however there were few dishes which were over and not refilled like omelet. Other than that Loved the atmosphere. The rooms were large and very clean. I would definitely go back to this place again. Good place for both groups and couples. You will certainly get the value for your money.

Very disappointing on arrival of this hotel in the early afternoon, there was a big techno party by the pool in the back of the hotel. Safe were not helpful and glass in the window was smashed. We left instantly. Not a child safe or welcoming hotel. More like a budget hostel without the 'budget'.

Hotel was having renovations to the pool area but only found out when we got there. The manager was aggressive and overcharged when adding my wife to the booking. Even though the hotel was having renovations. We didn't feel safe with the aggressive manager so we decided to move hotels and we lost our room fee unfortunately. The room also had a bad odour. Unfortunately the worst hotel experience in all of our travels.
You might have never seen construction site before this. In here only 04 people were working in the garden within pool area (Not noisy, No dust, not Disturbing & related in pool) and all others were our valuable guests in the pool and the restaurant and on same day same time there were checked in AGODA 04 rooms. 1) Why did you make the reservation for 01 Adult while if you know that you are having wife and baby? 2) Why did you complaining to us, That Agoda has taken more money (07$ more has charged by Agoda) from you? 3) A lot of guests were checked in on same day same time and stayed more than 02 days with Sevonra Garden & Why did not they complaint and why only Mr. Chris complaining regarding the constructions?. 4) If you did the booking for 01 adult mistakenly, after we informed & explained him why did you tried to argue about the different between 01 pax & 02 pax? If it was a mistake? When you realized your cheating you left from Hotel. Thank You

The rooms were clean and tidy. You can view the ocean but do not have direct access to the beach. The staff is friendly. The packed an early morning breakfast and even let us check out an hour late. A very good experience.

good nice hotel with some great view of the Beach, the ac ddnt work properly in one of our room, so the manager gave us another room and allowed us to use both the rom for the mess, it was really great work by him, other good thing about the hotep is they provide driver accomodation which is really good, will book again

This is hotel is only ok if you get a cheap deal. The photos are misleading and the rooms whilst the rooms are spacious they also are shabby and carry a pretty bad smell. My air conditioner didn't work to its maximum nor did the fan. There were also building wrangling in right next to the pool. The staff mean well but the paperwork needs to improve as I was asked to pay again for a night I'd already paid for.

We arrived to a room with 3 beds when there were 4 of us. Had to pay extra for another room after being told it was all my fault. That night they had a function in the room under our bedrooms with music so loud everything rattled in our room. They said it would end at 11 pm. After many complaints, It finished at MN! Then they came up to to a room near us and continued the music until I yelled at them. (No staff help). We checked out ASAP

Room was ok and clean. But our room was not cleaned during our stay and there was bad smell in our room. Pool area and other public areas were quite old and not in good shape. For us the pictures did not meet the reality. Nice quiet beach next to hotel. Hotel was under renovation due to bad weather conditions earlier. Renovations was very noisy and it started early in the morning. Luckily hotel manager offered compensation to us.

It’s really a good experience here.The room is clean and nice.We can see the sea directly from our room.Very nice and pretty.I really have a good time here with my girlfriend.Their food also taste good and cheap.They have swimming pool and you can swim anytime you want.I would like recommend this place to your guys.
