We reached their location around 2 pm and we're given the check-in only around 3 pm, the location is amazing, you can see sea turtles and the coconut tree hill , the beach is super clean , consider this only for location else the service is bad, the rooms are kept unclean and the staff is not friendly except for couple of waiters at the restaurant

Worst stay so far in Sri Lanka. NO WI-FI in the rooms. Disinterested staff. WATER issues, a whole day and night without water in shower or toilet. NO HOT WATER. Old fixtures, can break anytime. We stayed on the 3rd floor and No way to contact reception, have to walk down everytime. Food takes an hour. Will not recommend this hotel, except for the view everything was bad. The place was off since we checked in. The manager who checked us in seemed clueless and disinterested. Very surprising as all the other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka were very warm and welcoming. Next morning, the shower faucet broke in the mrng and they shut off water for the shower as well as the toilet so were foeced to go out. When we came back in the evening, there was no water in the entire hotel. Manager was not on site and didn't answer any calls. Staff didn't speak English. We waited for more than 2 hours but no sign of water. After a day at the beach, we had to sleep without showering and no water in the toilet too. No clear answer on how long it will take to fix. There was water only in the morning and that too no hot water. Horrible experience.

Pros : Stayed 3 nights here, great location, accessible to all the happening places at mirissa, great staff and team. Very much on the beach. Good food. Had a great stay. Cons : Air conditioning not great.
