The room had a confortable bed with a mosquito net, nevertheless it was somewhat small with no wardrobe. Common areas should be cleaner. Staff was friendly.

On arrival we were told they had no room for us even though we had paid and had our agoda booking confirmation wit us. Instead they had given our room away to people who wished to stay an extra night without a booking. Disgraceful behavior and the staff were barely apologetic. Don't stay here

We stayed for two nights at chamelia Inn and it was the best accomodation so far in Sri Lanka. Beautiful Building with some lovely details. We booked a standard double room and it was in the basement with your own little terrace. It was really quiet and therefore private. The room had a nice kingsize bed, a makeup table and a moskito net. It was a little bit small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a "real" bathroom, which is not natural in Sri Lanka and it was also clean and new. We had some ants and small spiders in the bathroom, which could have been taken away by the stuff. You can have breakfast on a small little terrace, that was nice. The location is perfect, just a 5 minutes walk to the main road with the restaurants and bars. The stuff was nice but a little bit clumsy sometimes, but thats nothing unusual in Sri Lanka:)

We've stayed 3 nights, and we really like this guesthouse. Nice and big rooms with a balcony, excellent matress. The staff is very nice, helpfull and always with a smile. And they do amazing panckes for breakfast. Also the location is very good, walking distance from the city and at the same time quiet. The only - is that the shower didn't have a lot of pressure, so it was difficult to wash my long hair, but I think it wasn't the hotel fault, as people staying in another places had similar problems.

Nice little guesthouse in a good location a short walk to everything. Rooms were big and clean and the staff were very helpful. Nice balcony and sitting areas. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Ella.

The hotel is new and the owners were very interested in any suggestions to make the place better. We enjoyed our two days at the hotel and we're happy to stay in this very clean place.

一進房間就有濃濃的霉味，床也濕濕的，晚上要洗澡盡然沒熱水，山上有夠冷的，請服務員處理，處理到一半人就消失了！只好半夜用電湯匙煮水洗澡...

Das Hotel liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Road entfernt und ist daher auch ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und versucht auf alle Wünsche einzugehen. Das Bad ist super, hat aber kleine Macken, die schon fast niedlich sind (Waschbecken und Duschamatur nicht richtig angeschraubt). Unser Zimmer war zwar recht klein, hätte aber alles, was man braucht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut - in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die belebte Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants. Auch der Little Adams Peak ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Die "Rezeption" des Hotels ist leider fast nie besetzt, bei Fragen muss man das Personal im Gebäude suchen. Außerdem ist die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit im Badezimmer sehr enttäuschend - ein vergilbter Duschvorhang trennt das wc von der Dusche, aus der nur ein paar Tröpfchen Wasser kommen. Preis-Leistung könnte definitiv besser sein!

位置呢还算比较好找，毕竟艾勒就那么大点，下行10分钟有超市，不过关门很早，11月初会飞的虫子很多，山上的条件不是很好相对来说还不错了，对面就有个酒吧，马杀鸡就算了吧，真心不咋滴。

艾勒是个很适合休闲放松的地方。这家旅馆位置就在路边，很好找，环境也很舒适干净，没有发现虫子（斯里兰卡旅馆的通病就是有虫子和壁虎😔），老板夫妇是医生，待人很热情。尤其值得称赞的是他家的员工，一个当地的小伙，给了我们很多帮助，尤其是在我们需要当地地图的时候，特意骑着摩托车出去帮我们找了一份，并给我们详细介绍了很多有用的信息！

Meget venlig og hjælpsom manager. Værelset var pænt og rent. Vi havde en stor balkon med udsigt over gaden. Roligt område. Wifi-forbindelsen kom og gik trods flere henvendelser til personalet.

Realmente el hotel es muy correcto, la habitación muy comfortable y está apartada de ruidos de la zona más concurrida! A destacar que enfrente está uno de los mejores restaurantes de Ella! Por lo que respecta al personal, poco a destacar. Desayuno muy correcto y limpieza tambiés! Por el precio se podria esperar algo más, pero en general un buen hotel!!
