It was very hard to find the location. Because there was not enough sign posts. Then I could not park my car . The parking is available for 3 cars only . The person at the reception was not helpful at all . He had no record of my reservation. Then he had a phone call which lasted 15 mins . Once he finished the phone call he was going on about rules , such as no food at the room , no alcohol at the room . At the end I decided to find somewhere else.

The place was vacant when i went there with luggage from the airport. Called the number and explained i had booking. I was told to go away and come back next day as it was a holiday. After much argument i was given number of the owner. Took me half an hour to reach him. Told me same thing. Find some other place and come tomorrow. After much talk, finally sent a person to let me in. By then i had stayed outside the place on the streets for 2hrs. Room had not been properly cleaned in weeks. Spiderwebs with spiders on all corners of room and toilet ceiling and floors, tables, bench for towel rest and even handle of water jug. After staff opened door yo my room he couldnt pull out the key. He left saying he will come next morning and will fix it. Asked me to lock outside gate and keep my room locked with the manual lock inside. Next morning i had college. So i asked him to shift me to a new room as my room lock was still broken so i cant leave with my belongings inside. Only one other room with ac. I shifted to later find out ac was not cooling. So every night i would shift to the room with the broken lock with working ac and every morning shift to the room with broken ac and lockable door. Said owner will come to fix it. I left 3days later. Owner never came. The one staff old man of 66 was very helpful though

Too many mosquitoes in room. Bathroom is not clean. Room is very hot. Too many spider Web and dust in all furniture and floor. No wardrobe. Couldn't charge the mobile phone inside the room. I feel not good. But staffs are very friendly

“出来たばかりの綺麗な部屋”
はっきり言って、市内中心地からけっこう離れてます。何か用がなければ、場所的には微妙ですが、出来たばかりのゲストルームは清潔で快適です。食事などはありませんが、お願いしたら買って来てくれました。宿泊費も安いので、コロンボ市内に疲れたら、ここでゆっくりするのもいいと思います。
