Great value, possibly because there was on-going building work but this never disturbed us. Room was spacious and beds were clean & comfortable. WiFi worked in the reception area but not in the room. Owner said this would be dealt with in the future & thanked us for the observation. Not very close to the centre/station but it was walkable & taxi/tuktuk not expensive . Staff always willing to deal quickly with requests. Quiet area. Good ceiling fan and mosquito nets. Toilet & shower satisfactory. No in-house breakfast - maybe because of the building work. Breakfast places fairly close. Room smelled a little musty but this didn’t disturb us.

Very, very sweet guy! He accommodated my boyfriend and I even though I messed up the dates of our reservation when I booked. Great guy! What you pay is what you get. No frills. Pretty clean. Nice garden area. If you're traveling on a budget I would consider booking here.

Lovely guys running this place - all smiles and eager to please, but not overbearing or annoying about it. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Bikes rented from them were great! The owner spent a good 15 minutes of his time giving me advice on tuk tuk self drive and was a caring a knowledgeable chap.

personnel très chaleureux et accueillant! chambre basique mais satisfaisante. Possibilité de louer des vélos sur place pour visiter le site historique! point positif : juste à côté de la nouvelle station de bus! nous conseillons ;-)

There seemed to be some mix up with my booking although I showed them my confirmation. Initially they suggested I leave but I told them my displeasure at the error especially given that it was raining heavily at the time. They then decided to give my room 5 with two double beds at the same price. The room was next to the kitchen where the staff were cooking. It was old with tears in the floor covering, and water stains in the ceiling corner. The worst part was that it was mosquito infested. It was only when going to bed that I found the mosquito net was torn in several places with the biggest hole big enough to put your head through. Is it was late, I decided not to bother to try to get a staff to change it. I turned on the fan, sprayed repellent and covered myself with the blanket to keep the mosquitos off. They do seem to have newer rooms on the other side so it could be that this was the only room that was so run down. I was glad to leave as early as possible the next morning. The staff overall were helpful when I asked for anything e. G. Towel, etc.
