Great location close to beach bars and shops. Lovely terr overlocking the sea. Needs plenty of work done to upgrade.

I liked the place and the staff who were very accommodating. The location and value for money couldn’t be better. It’s really convenient if you are taking a ferry to La Gomera or want to do a diving course. Right on the beach, would stay again.

If you are there for getting drunk in the strip, it may be ok for you. There are lots of Brits in middle age or older staying for the strip's cheap beer. Dorms v poor condition (well the budget ones were). A mega aggressive man was swearing at and threatening people on the roof terrace because he'd lost his bag, money etc. Not sure if in or out of hostel. I didn't care. (No action taken about this when I was there?) When he kicked off, at full volume for 20 mins, I was out of there. Sorry staff, you are not being criticized at all, you're nice folk. But this seems to be a dump for 'the more mature drinking British gentleman' ;) I managed to stay 2 hours before I ahem, 'checked out'.

I lost some items here then 5days later when i returned for another night they handed them back to me very honest friendly staff thanks will be staying here again on my next visit

Really a horrible experience, They do not care reservation, just there were not the room we booked, maybe it did not exist, saying that price was not even possible, no matter showing the reservation details, they wanted to charge anyway. After wasting hours, they put us in shared rooms even saying that it would be even more expensive than our reservation! like making us a favor. After the welcome adventure, the hostel is dirty, also bedclothes. No apologies, compensation, or a sorry word. Never ever

While I arrived the hostel was closed (it was around 7 pm) as well as reception. I was calling on the phone number but Boone respond. So I was waiting outside for an hour in from of closed door! I called to service desk of Agida and they contacted the hostel. After 1 hour of waiting in from of the door a drunk guy opened it for me and let me in. Finally! But this is not the end... Then he tried to charge me for the room (but it has been already paid). The confirmation of booking, email was not a prooof for him. So I was needed to call the Agoda' consumer service one more time but again it was still not a proof. Then we contacted owner via phone and she told me that she does not received my money. I was horrible. I took me one hour to convince them that I have already paid.... So in total 2 hours to check in! The hostel is dirty, bedclothes also (I think no one change them), you do not want to touch something, noise from bar downstair... My worst experience ever!!!

Das Hostel liegt direkt am Strand und man erreicht es gut vom Busbahnhof. In der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants und Supermärkte. Es gibt auch eine Küche in der man kochen kann. Nachts kann es ein bisschen laut werden, da sich auch einige Baars in der Nähe befinden. Wor haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und waren zufrieden.
