低価格なのに信じられないくらいホテルが奇麗で、お洒落。スタッフの対応も丁寧で好感が持てる。 ただ、トリプルルームを予約したのに、スタッフの手違いでベッドの数が足りず、床で寝る羽目になった。 それと、インターネット接続と書いていたが、よく落ちるし、スピードもかなり遅いので、調べモノをする時はどこかのネットカフェでした方がいいと思う。 インターネット以外は設備は最高。 カップル向きの宿だと思う。

5 stars on all categories BUT I give 6 stars for the staff. All hotel staff, with whom my wife and I had interaction, were very respectful and immediately attended to our needs. Special mention for Rosario, who was on duty for a number of days during our stay as she promptly attended to our requests. Special appreciation for the lady who was on duty the night of October 12. That night the hotel building fire alarm went off and she promptly and diligently checked on all guests to ensure everybody was OK. She knocked on our door past 11PM, past her work hours.

When we first entered the room, we saw a cockroach in the toilet. A member of staff came over to help us kill it. Later that day, we saw quite a number of flies in the room and the bathrooms. We thought we’d better leave this place and stay elsewhere. The staff is helpful, the wifi in the room worked fine but the cleanliness of the room is completely unacceptable.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Need to walk about 10 mins to nearest supermarket. About 15 mins walk from the cathedral.

Great heating for winter times. Very comfortable room for cold weather. Room is spacious. Wifi and hot water are all good. Staff were friendly and we could also leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Booking a flamenco show with them is also a discounted price. thumbs up!

i will definitely recommend this hotel, location is near the city center. Take bus 32, alight at last stop in plaza del duque victoria, then look for burger king in calle san eloy, walk straight in, after 3 mins you will see a phone house, turn right, this is calle fernan caballero for the hotel, there are other route but this is the easiest for 1st time. Our room was clean, big wt tv, tables, lots of space to put your things . The hotel staff Daria, Luna, paula, and marina are all very helpful, accommodating etc... they reply fadt, help us book tours, give us directions and all. Love them all. Even bessy for cleaning our room. Thanks to all of you

So glad we booked this hotel! It is small and tucked down a side street, but within a minutes walk of shops, cafes and bars! Our room was large and airy with a juliette balcony and immaculate bathroom. The room has everything you need except a kettle but there is free tea and coffee available in the lobby. All the staff we met were really lovely and helpful, we will definately stay here on our next visit.

The hotel was located at the centre of the city. Was very easy to access to all the hotspot by feet. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit small but cosy. Overall the hotel is value for money.

Simple, good value, clean and well-located for all the key attractions of Seville. Some of the rooms are a little cramped, and some have wet-room style showers which I dislike, but they are generally well-maintained. While some rooms have no external windows, this didn't bother us as we weren't there to take advantage of the hotel. It was a place to crash after a day out and about in the city, which it was perfect for. The reception is not 24 hour but they were helpful at arranging taxis and printing tickets when needed.

Pros: all reception girls speak Good English location is ok, walk distance to most scenic spots. Cons: parking too expensive, though I was told I can get discounted price of 19.x with hotel's stamp, the parking guy of Plaza de Armas refused to give me any discount, he doesn't speak English, just said No. I had to pay 72.x Euro for 3 days, what a robbery! I drove around multiple Spain cities, usually with hotel discount, from 13.5 to 20, Seville is the extreme. room is very small

The staff in the front desk is very nice, the location for the apartment is very good, except the Galle is only for man, Taxi cannot drive in.

It is near the bus station and main attractions and the hotel is quaint and clean. Very well suited for any kind of traveler! Highly recommended!!!

“節約型旅行なら最高”
設備面とかは値段からして仕方ないかなと思う感じですが、ロケーションもよくバスセンターにも近く満足しています。宿泊費を安くしたい旅行を望む方にはお勧めですね。
