サービスの一貫性は、私が5つ星から期待していたものではありませんでした。助けを求めると通常は反応してくれましたが、非常に良いホテル（3つ星や4つ星のホテルも含む）が持つことの多い予測力はありませんでした。スタッフの大半は融通が利き、感じが良かったのですが、数人は無関心に見え、特にレストランやバーのエリアではそうでした。彼らを呼び止めない限り、無視されることがあります。 部屋は清潔で備品も揃っていましたが、私たちの部屋の窓の一つが壊れていて、完全に閉まらなかったため、夜中に通りの音が聞こえてきました。エレベーターは部屋に上がるためにキー・カードを必要とせず、誰でもスタッフに気付かれることなくホテルに入ることができます。ヨーロッパで古い建物であることは理解していますが、宿泊料金を考慮すると、清潔で機能的かつ安全な環境を期待しています。

グランメリアグループということで滞在しましたが、マドリッドの旗艦店 グラン メリア パラシオ ド ロス デュケス と比べると、スタッフの対応（教育は同じかもしれないが、授業員の資質が問題か？）がイマイチでした。また、エグゼクティブラウンジへのアクセスがついた部屋に泊まる必要はないでしょう。 部屋のロケーションが半地下のような場所で、道路から丸見えで落ち着かないし、部屋もも小さいです。 朝食は一般食堂の方が品揃えも多く品質もかわりません。。 その後のアフタヌーンティー・オードブルタイムも時間設定が長く良いように思えますが、内容は特別ではありませんでした。とは言っても、旗艦店との比較ですから、一般的には素敵なホテルなのでしょう。
