場所、スタッフ、ホテル自体は美しいです。このホテルに二度と泊まらない理由は、壁が薄すぎるからです。隣のトイレが流れる音や廊下を歩く人々の足音、ドアの開閉音などが聞こえます。もし耳栓を持っていて、浅い眠りでないなら、これは素晴らしい選択肢です。

滞在中は全て問題なく、唯一のマイナス点は寒かったことと、暖房が効かなくなってしまったことです。あまりにも寒かったので、ジュニアスイートから一般的な部屋に移動しなければならないほどでした。

私はベトナムの高級リゾートのホテルマネージャーです。 これまで宿泊した中で最も歓迎されないホテルです。 車で到着したところ、駐車場はすでに予約で埋まっていると言われましたが、駐車場の予約が必要であるという情報は到着前に何も知らせてくれませんでした。 受付は、2日が妻の誕生日であることを気づきませんでした。私たちはホテルの最悪の部屋を与えられました。素敵な景色で目覚めると思っていたのに、代わりにレストランの隣の1階の入口の隅にある刑務所のような部屋に入れられました。 部屋は非常にうるさくて狂ってます。バーで椅子を移動させる音が遅くまで響き、スタッフが私たちのドアの前で話したり、会議を開いたりする音、そして通りの音が聞こえます。壁やすべてのドアは薄く、窓も音を遮る性能が悪いです。 窓の外のスポットライトは言うまでもありません... ロビーに座って飲み物を頼んだところ、問題ないと言われました。しかし、15分後にウェイターが来て、2人分ではなく1つのメニューだけを置いて、何も言わず、全く笑顔も見せずに立ち去りました。その後、戻っては来ませんでした。結局、私たちはそのまま帰りました。 ベッドサイドの読み物用テーブルは機能せず、アメニティも2人分ではなく1人分しかありませんでした。 外は9度以下でしたが、部屋の暖房は効きません。 キングサイズのベッドを頼んだのに、代わりに非常に不快な隙間のあるジップベッドがありました。 この価格ならエアビーに泊まった方が良いです。 朝食は実際には価格に対して悪くなく、良い選択肢がありました。 全体的に、全くお勧めしません。ホテルはゲストを歓迎し、家にいるように感じさせ、「本当に」快適に感じさせるために多くの改善が必要です。

静かな部屋をお願いしました。ホテルは空いていましたが、代わりに1階のエレベーターのすぐ隣の部屋を与えられ、すべての音が部屋の中にいるように聞こえました - それほどこのホテルは防音が不十分でした。隣の部屋では夜通しパーティーが開かれていました。フロントに電話しましたが、誰も英語を話さず、手助けする気もありませんでした。それは何時間も続きました。再度電話しました。ひどい夜でした。許容できません。

サラマンカに二泊した際に利用。この街の見所のカテドラルのすぐそば。マヨール広場までも１０分以内。カテドラルとマヨール広場を結ぶ道が繁華街となっており食事をするとこにも困りません。ローマ橋も歩いて５分ほど。この街ではバル巡りが目的だったので街歩きをしてホテルで休憩・昼寝また街歩きというスタイルに理想的でした。建物も古い館のような建物を改装したホテルなのでとても趣あり。スタッフもとても親切ですよ。

You can walk to all the historic sights from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Every member of staff could not do enough to assist me, I felt very spoilt at the end of my stay and I will be going back again, centrally located but a hotel with every amenity I needed, great room, comfortable bed, nesspresso coffee. A great nights sleep.

The hotel is surrounded by history and filled with comfort. The whole magic of Salamanca is within easy walking distance. Parking is easily available either in the hotel or in an associated parking station.

“素晴らしい場所、短期滞在に最適”
最近部屋が改装されましたが、私たちはデュプレックスに泊まりました。大きなスーツケースを持っている方や移動が困難な方にはお勧めしません。なぜなら、その建物の出入りには余分なステップが必要だからです。全体的には、効率的なスタッフがいるストレートフォワードな4つ星ホテルです。大聖堂まで短い徒歩ですが、景色はありません。
