The all inclusive is poor as you can drink til you drop as long as you pay so dosnt work well
Dear Adrian, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn of your disappointment, however, all details concerning the All-Inclusive offer can be found online and in brochures. Regarding the payment for drinks even for All inclusive clients, we are introducing a new policy to avoid alcohol drinking excess. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Very noisy place with lots of young German groups who made a lot of noise and the cleanliness wasn’t very good we upgraded to an apartment and found a cockroach so they moved us to a suite which was better but we still had ants in there. The food was good but it’s a very busy place .

We have taken good note of your remarks related to the presence of cockroaches within our grounds; given the climatology of Mallorca and its geographical position, depending on the humidity and heat, the presence of insects in any hotel, business or private house is unavoidable, nevertheless we have in place a specific preventive pest control plan as well as regular treatments to avoid their presence in the hotel. Last but not least, it fills us with pride that you could enjoy the gastronomical efforts of our chefs. We look forward to seeing you again so we may regain your trust with a better experience. “It’s average hotel ”
Overall it was a good experience but the room was very small and noisy. All the time we were listening to music, talking and screaming people. The food at the breakfast and dinner didn’t have any variety.

Regarding the dining experience, our Es Siurell restaurant takes pride in offering an extensive selection of local Mallorcan specialties, international cuisine and made-to-order dishes.
