This Hotel is rated 4 star however it did not offer a Restaurant or Bar facility. The small Restaurant they did have was for breakfast only. The Hotel is situated approx 15 mins from nearest bars and restaurants and is situated at the top of quite a steep hill. Customer service was ok nothing special, but lady at reception was very helpful! I would rate this Hotel as a 2 star plus. It is definitely not suitable for children or groups of people looking for entertainment or indeed elderly people due to the hotel location. Couples only. Bus stop just around the corner. From downtown Palma approx. 40min walk. The room was clean but dated + very old towels!!! Doesn't meet the 4-star rating. Usually 4-star hotels have water kettle in the room but this one doesn't. “Not a Four Star Hotel"

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet hôtel. Il est un peu loin du centre de Palma, mais desservi par des bus (au n°46, préférez le 3 un peu plus loin mais plus fréquent), tout comme les plages. N'hésitez pas à louer un véhicule en vous renseignant à l'accueil, c'est sérieux et compétitif, et c'est le meilleur moyen pour découvrir les charmes d'une île qui n'en manque pas !

Fint hotell med mycket trevlig personal, jättegod frukostbuffe.Mycket fräsch och trevlig pool.Låg dock lite långt från centrum med en jobbig uppförsbacke till hotellet. Området runt hoteller var shabbigt med mycket halvrivna och ofärdiga hus. Hotellet skulle vara 4stjärnigt det håller jag inte med om 3 minus kanske.Dålig städning av rummet och inga shampo mm på badrummet, vilket jag tycker är ett måste för ett 4stjärnigt hotell.
