Very good location. Small and old room. But the price is good. They only have WiFi on the first floor where the reception is. So you don’t have internet in your room.

Close to primark, 20 minutes walk to Gran Via (macdonald's area). Room was big. Money paid was enough for what we got

It is OK for a budget hotel, but they should do something with heating. Temperature in the lobby was something like 13 ° C, in the room there was an AC that was supposed to work as a heater but still couldnt make it higher than around 18-19° C. Take care and better bring a sleeping bag if you re coming in cold winter weather!

I chose the hotel for location, and as affordable as was available. Location was ideal for my purposes, 100m from the Metro station and from Plaza de Espana. A 3 min walk up to Gran Via and not much further to Puerto del Sol. The hotel was clean. The room very small but that is to be expected in cheaper inner city hotels. Everything was functional. No view from window but since it was dark on arrival and departure no problem.

the hotel is located in central madrid with good access to public transport. however the hotel itself is hardly a 3 star one. furnitures are very old, linens show many years of use with a number of holes in them and basically the hotel is very much in need of a general refurbishment. the hotel claims to have free wi-fi but connection is only possible in the hotel lobby. even on the first floor the internet connection is very weak.

Vale que es un hotel barato, pero de 3 estrellas nada. Lo primero, el edificio, cuando entras huele a rancio, iluminación anticuada, muebles del año de la Polka y todo muy viejo. Lo segundo el ascensor. Nos dieron una habitación en la sexta planta, y nos teniamos que bajar en el cuarto y subir 2 pisos andando porque el ascensor NO ABRÍA las puertas en el sexto. Una pareja que iba delante nuestro, tuvo que intentar subir 4 veces. Lo siguiente la habitación. A pesar de pedir planta de "no fumadores" la misma olía a tabaco. El baño estaba sucio, con la taza y el suelo con indicios de moho, si, en serio, moho. La cortina de la bañera era digna de película de terror de los 70, pegandose por el cuerpo por todos lados, por lo que si no querías pillar algo o morir de asfixia, tenías que quitarla, regando literalmente el baño porque la perola de la ducha está anclada a la pared. Luego, no nos dejaron papel en el baño, por lo que tuvimos que pedir. Al menos la cama era cómoda.

Ascensor que no abre la puerta en la sexta planta, multitud de chicas "hospedadas", habitaciones viejisimas, la cama con colchas y mantas de los años 60, del aseo ni hablamos... Un desastre. Eso sí paralelo a gran via

Muy buen hotel acorde con el precio, con los servicios básicos disponibles. Excelente ubicación, cerca a la plaza de España y la Gran Vía. Varios restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Volvería en mi proximo viaje.

Todo está viejo: armario, mesita, caja fuerte, instalaciones en general. Las mantas son del año de Maricastaña. En definitiva, yo cerraría este hotel y acometería una reforma integral para dotarlo de un aspecto más juvenil. El no disponer de cocina puede perdonarse por lo céntrico que está, ya que hay restaurantes y cafeterías por doquier.

La ubicación es excelente a un paso de los puntos turisticos, de la Gran Via, y del Metro Plaza España que te conecta con todo Madrid. El Personal de limpieza excelente! No cuenta con WiFi en la habitación, solo en la recepción, lo que resulta un poco incómodo. LA habitación con colchones confortables, no tiene caja fuerte, no frigobar; hay que solicitar el control remoto del TV, sino no te lo dan. Tiene una ventana pequeña, ciega, y sin oscurecimiento. El baño sin ventilación, asi que te duchas, y el vapor se penetra en la habitacion.

“Not fancy but excellent location”
We booked this hotel very last minute, with very little money due to changing our flights and having to pay extortianate fees. We knew that we would only be at the hotel for sleeping. For the price we paid we were very happy, the location was excellent and the 24hr check in was handy as we got in late. The hotel is dated, the pipes make some noise also. We had a room at the back of the hotel and there was no noise from the street at all, we slept good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, we could have done with some extra pillows as one between the two of us wasn't enough, but we didnt ask so maybe we could have got some more. I was impressed that the room was tidied and bed made every day. Would recommend if you're not picky and want to save money.
