丁寧なスタッフ。 掃除の行き届いた室内。 アメニティも歯ブラシ以外完備。 シャワーの水圧もいい感じ。 部屋にはスーツケースの物が全て広げれるくらい大きな棚があり、とても便利でした！ 立地も良く、観光名所にも徒歩5〜20分ほどで移動できます。 周辺にはアジア料理のお店多数。醤油味が恋しくなっても大丈夫です。 マドリードに来たら次もここに泊まる予定です♪

地下鉄の駅を降りて、出口の目の前です。ロケーション抜群で移動に苦痛無く、快適に過ごせました。Free Wi-Fiを使用するためにfacebookのアカウントが必要なのですが私は持ってませんでした。しかし、フロントに伝えると直ぐにパスワードを用いた接続を教えてくれたので、問題なく使用できました。

ツアーの解散場所に近いのでこちらにしましたが、レストラン等近くて立地もよかったです。わかりやすい位置にあります。清潔でシャワーの水圧等も良かったのですが、排水はあまりよくありません（足元に水が溜まります）。 預けていた荷物を深夜に受け取りに行ったのですが、その後チェックインする予定だったホテルへの連絡やタクシーの呼び出しの提案など快くしていただけ、大変助かりました。また旅行の際は利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

We stayed at the Dear Hotel in Madrid during our honeymoon in February. One of the most striking things about the hotel is it's excellent location on the Gran Vie. With the metro station right in front of the gate connectivity is not a problem at all. Moreover the rooms were excellent and they were thoughtful enough to put a little "happy honeymoon" message. The restaurant is on the terrace which offers a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was very nice and offered a great variety. The staff are also very helpful and pleasant. We had a great stay here and would strongly recommend it to all travellers in Madrid!

Price is not too expensive compared to what it can offer. Location is excellent really in front of gran via with lots of shopping destinations. The staffs are all friendly. Wifi is very fast. Room is big enough. Bathroom is nice with bathtub. Thank you Dear Madrid to upgrade my room!!! I didn't try hotel facilities though so i can't give rating. The downside is the surrounding can be a bit noisy from the busy street even from 8th floor, not a problem for me but may be for others. And my taxi driver complained it's hard to find the entrance to drop me maybe the hotel sign is too small to see from the road.

i paid for premium room (bigger room) and got standard room. the manger lied to me about the size of the room but she didn't know i have a friend staying in a standard room so i know my room was in the size of standard and nit premium. i have asked for late check out 1pm and she wanted extra money. any hotel in the world will let you stay till 1pm with no charge unless they really need the room so they wont let you even with extra payment.

This hotel was modern and spotless. Great location at one end of Gran Via and walking distance to all major attractions in Madrid. Car park underground at Plaza De Espania, concierge will park it for you if you have the City sticker with access to drive around the city. We did not have this so he jumped in the car and showed us where to park. Roof top bar was amazing and so was breakfast! A great modern spread of food in an open airy setting. Helpful reception staff, they gave us great recommendations of places they go to eat ( not the touristy area) they recommended a wonderful area behind the hotel that was full of locals and great food at La Pescaderia

Dear Hotel, is located in perfect area Gran Via and just a step to Plaza De Espana Metro station and bus halte. So transportation to and from Dear Hotel, is perfect.

Hotel is right opposite plaza de españa, which unfortunately is looking quite ugly at the moment due to refurbs, room was large and well appointed. I was here during the winter so couldn't take full advantage of the rooftop bar and small pool, however still a great spot to take in the Madrid skyline.

A few hours after checking-out we noticed we have left my wife’s wallet in the locked safe. We came to the hotel to find out the room was not yet taken but the safe is open and empty. The hotel stuff said that only the supervisor can open the locked safe, therefore assumed our claim to be false, and it seemed they didn’t really try to get to the bottom of things. Watch out!!!

The hotel has a very good location, you can walk to most interest points or conveniently take the metro. Room was comfortable and well appointed, however not very well cleaned when we checked in. They have given a more thorough clean when we requested. The sky-bar may be wonderful during summer (because of the terrace), but in winter is not appealing at all.

I stayed here on my own for 3 nights and everything was great. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had nice touches to it (such as bathrobes, slippers and a welcome treat). It is located at the top end of Gran Via, the main shopping street, and right next to a metro station. Even though my room faced the main street, it was quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. Overall I had a really nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again whenever I return to Madrid. The location was perfect for me, because I could take public transportation to and from the Airport (~5 EUR each way) and I could walk between the touristy central area and the more artsy local areas in less than 10 minutes. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and chic. Views on the roof were perfect and the room and bathroom were both large, clean and modern. My room came with 2 twin/1 double AND a sofa bed so it easily could have fit 3 people even though we only had 2. Staff were always friendly and helpful. They even let me borrow their iPad when I desperately needed to access a computer and they printed our boarding passes to help us avoid a 50 Euro fee with Ryanair.
