We Checked in at 2pm even we reached at 12pm or else need to pay for early check-in. I have made 2 separate bookings and the 3rd night was for a seaview room. We requested for the earlier 2 nites for a seaview room and willing to pay extra but the younger lady at the reception said there were no more seaview rooms (but in Agoda there is) and said for the 3rd night bookings we need to check out and check in again. Unlike other 5 star hotels they are quite considerate when we have 2 bookings. The check in process was like too manual and a bit slow like 30 mins for the 2 front guests to finish theirs. We were told not to open the sliding door or else the air-cond will not be cold. But unfortunately, the hotel cleaners left the door with the air-cond on and of coz the room is not cold. Hence we need to remind the cleaner on the 2nd day of cleaning about it. The breakfast is sufficient and variety. However, we were surprised with the chef unhygienic attitude ie. He dropped the bread thong on the floor and put it back for guests to use. But as have informed the cafe staff, he acknowledged and said will remove it. Hotel need to improve this as hygiene is very important. Also on the check in process. Hotel have lots of activities for guests going on daily which is good. The bathroom lacks shelving to put toiletries. Other than that all is ok.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel – everything from the atmosphere to the amenities was top-notch. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service from José and Francesca. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. José was always attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful with any request, making sure every detail was just right. Francesca brought such warmth and positivity – her energy and genuine hospitality made each interaction a pleasure. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care about guests the way they do. Because of them, I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Huge thanks to Hajar and Iman also a special shoutout to José and Francesca for making it a five-star experience!

At the price point - the service was okay, but wont recommend immediately if there other options. The facilities were good - there was air conditioning for all the rooms, the lobby and restaurants were spacious and served very well. The common facilities are clean - the pool, entertainment areas and even the beach front. The service is also very good - Cesca assisted us a lot and made sure we were comfortable even though we were early for check in. Most of the lobby staff speaks english so its easy to move and ask around. The buffet breakfast has good choices and is really an advantage. However, the rooms were not cleaned properly, maybe due to the high occupancy. The sea view room offers a stunning view, but the make shift bed to accommodate 3 pax was not okay for the price. There were no mini fridge, the sheets looks like they werent replaced and there were even glitters all over the floor maybe from the previous guests. All other services you may want to avail will have a price tag, or a security deposit. What’s funny is a beach towel would require 20 euros of cash, when there are more practical arrangements to ensure that towels will be returned properly. Overall the experience is okay, but for 300 euros per night, other hotels would offer more at this price.

Helpful staff. Spotless Hotel. Fabulous food. Very near to airport bus stop. Entertainment in the hotel, although loud finishes at a reasonable time. I'd happily recommend a d would definitely stay again.

Bel hôtel, mais ne font pas souvent les chambres quand tu quittes tard vers la plage comme les autres hôtels, mais ça reste excellent. Bon déjeuner

就在海边，有一个小停车场，旁边是码头可以去别的小岛，餐点种类不多，但是都是精心挑选的食材。味道比后来住的五星级酒店要好很多。房间不大，但是就价格来说的话也是挺不错了。一点不多的话还是蛮推荐的

“Double Room Seaview”
I was glad that Mr Javier attended my check in as I am already in a double room Street view. He had helped me to move to the seaview room (since the room is ready and on the same level). The check in and moving was fast and smooth. He allowed us to move our luggage to the new room and return the key of the old room. The seaview room is stunning, looks newly refurbished and the aircond is very cold. Too bad I was not able to secure the same room on my first two days there. We also realised that both staff at the reception who attended to us have the same name ie. Mr Javier. Tq to both of them for the fast and smooth check-in.
