ユダヤ地区の中心に位置しており、象徴的な場所から徒歩圏内です。スタッフは英語をほとんど話せないのが主な問題ですが、それ以外はここに滞在するには良いホテルです。

レセプションはもちろん、レストラン、spa のスタッフはとても優しく、丁寧。レセプションには日本人の方がいらっしゃるので安心です。 ハマムがあるので、水着はぜひ持参してください。 部屋は広く、スタイリッシュで清潔。 中庭でお茶しているだけで、とても優雅な気分になれます。

“Granada where heratige from all religions meets”

The hotel was superb, we took the residential suit, the staff treats you as if you are the "khalifa" "Sultan", the service was exceptional, we loved Granada and its people.

Good Location. It is 5-10 mins walk to downtown area. If you come to visit Alhambra, this hotel is not far. This hotel is within a walkable distance approx 20 mins walk, which is safe and not dark. Staff is very nice and helpful. They are willing to assist us whatever we request. Room is very clean and spacious, we stayed in dreamer room and junior suite. Breakfast is ok. Definitely come back.

“This is a very unassuming but Excellent boutique hotel. Great food! Excellent! ”

The food is what stood out the most. We were planning on eating out but upon trying their restaurant the first time, we ended up having all our meals there, especially the outdoor terrace in the Jardine. The array of Paellas, Gazpacho, Arroz al Horno, Foie Gras were amongst the great selections. It's a wonder why it wouldn't be considered a Michelin class restaurant!

“This is no “five star” hotel”

Based on photos, we thought we’d be staying at a lovely historical hotel. To the contrary—the “new” wing of the hotel is horrendous. It’s poorly designed and uncomfortable. I don’t know what year it was built, but if it is in fact “new”, it has aged terribly. What were once white curtains are now filthy grey. The marble bath tubs are rusty. The cream colored carpets have seen better days. And, the tacky frosty glass walls are covered in permanent finger prints. Barricaded behind a series of marble privacy panels, there is no sunlight, no view and no fresh air. You’re able to crack one tiny ceiling to floor height door—except it opens directly to other guest rooms without any lock for security. And, that’s not the worst of it. The rooms wreak of sewage. Absolutely unbearable. The hotel bar is uncomfortable with slow service and unfriendly staff—definitely not a place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day at the Alhambra.

we booked the 'dreamers room' which is located in the new hotel extension. The room was spacious but I didn't particular like the interior glass partitioning of the room into bath/toilet and cabinets. It had a bit of a cheap feel to it and doors didn't close properly. Would be good to see what the quality of the original hotel is like. Overall, it's a good place to stay. The beds where comfortable and the staff were very helpful, provided a good service and spoke English.

“Great Hotel”

Great Hotel in a good location close enough to the main attractions allowing you to walk to them. The rooms are large and well decorated, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of food in the buffet, and the light lunches at the terrace bar restaurant were perfect.

“A delightful break”

My husband and I travel frequently for business and pleasure and this was a short holiday away from the UK gloom. We were delighted with both the hotel and the staff. The hotel was quirky muxing old with new, the staff could not have been more attentive and the food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. I would have prererred the spa to be generally warmer including the thermal pool but overall we would strongly recommend this hotel

It was really good hotal , as per European standard, good staff , nice location , very helpful, done up very nicely with its palatial look . hotal has 2wings main building is turn out to be a palace in hotal and other part is modern look ..nice sitting area ..staff was quite helpful,

“Top Class Hotel”

Arrived and quickly checked in the reception organised valet parking (€24 per day)which is important in Granada as driving is not encouraged around this city with many restrictions on driving in city centre, in fact if I come back I will use train etc as once I parked my car I never used it till I left. Very friendly amenable staff checking in, the room we had was a very good size ask for 125 or 126 the rooms are very modern beds very firm but we slept really well and I would recommend hotel it's an easy 10 minute walk to plaza nueva ( city centre ) multitude of restaurants within minutes of hotel. Tip if you want to see the Alhambra get the hotel to book you a guided tour bit more expensive but worth it rather than trying to do your own thing as it's massive with a guide you miss nothing, also get the city tour small train it's hop on hop off (€8 per day) great value it gets through the small streets which the large bus cannot do! Only negatives, when they made the room up twice never bothered to replenish tea& coffee and the TV not one English Channel it has 2 American multitude of European channels but surely 5 star should have Sky channels? One small point they need to put waste bins in the room and hooks to hang clothes / towels etc other than that it was a great hotel and we will use this hotel when we next visit Granada. One other tip when anyone in Granada or hotel blurb says something is only 10 minutes walk they are telling lies everything we saw where someone said its a 10 min walk it was minimum 20 or even 30 minutes be warned :) Also as I said earlier if you are driving into Granada and this hotel without sat nav you would never have a chance of finding it.

Apart from the location which is quite good, this hotel sucks. I can't believe they call themselves 5 star when there is no gym- have to walk long distance to public gym, worse is DOOFUS of hotel staff gave us wrong information and omitted to tell us the public gym is closed on Sundays. After walking all the way there all we saw was closed, scary gate with graffiti- we never tried again. So called "jacuzzi" was at best lukewarm, couldn't wait to get out of it, only used it once, no hot water kettle and wanted to charge us for hot water to the room. Very poorly designed bathrooms where there is no place to hang clean clothes without them getting wet when you shower. Overall at best 3 stars, unconceivable that this can be in any way 5 stars!!!

“A perfect hotel with friendly staffs”

The hotel is perfectly mix of a very beautiful building as a "palace" and a modern and comfortable rooms in a "new" building. Staffs are very helpful and supported. Just 5 euro by taxi to the main-attractions of Granada and another old-town.

“Very Good Stay at Granada”

Need more attention to maintenance of the rooms and marble cleaning. No pay-tv service. Entrance to the hotel not very comfortable. Had to park outside then walk to the respection. However, v.good hotel and would recommend. Nice breakfast but need more variety

전체적으로 가격에 비해 호텔 시설은 불만족 스러움. 호텔 건물이 총 2개로 룸 스타일이 다른 것으로 보이는데 우리가 묶었던 모던 스타일의 룸은 가격에 비해 만족스럽지는 않았음.
