部屋は清潔に保たれていて、バスルームでは床暖房が備えられていました。インターネットのアクセススピードも充分です。仕事で滞在し、部屋で仕事をするにも充分な環境だと思います。

徒歩圏内にショッピングモールがあり、買い物、食事にとても便利なホテルです。 スタッフの対応も親切で、現地の交通事情につき問い合わせると、あれこれ調べてくれて、新設に教えてくれました。

Asians shouldnt Come to stay here. Most of the staff are not open minded and zero diversity when it comes to people from other race specially Asians. Ps specially the staff’s in the breakfast section 🤷🏻♀️;rudest and weirdest we have encountered in our most travels.🤷🏻♀️

Made to feel very welcome. Staff were incredible, the location perfect for us as we didn't want to be right in the middle of old town, but the tram ride is simple taking only about 5 minutes. Would stay again

A modern hotel with all the conveniences. However, in-room coffee machine would be nice. Underground parking was expensive, €24 and a little difficult to maneuver, three floors down a tight circular ramp. The hotel did have valet available to retrieve our car upon leaving.

Everything was perfect. At the check-in we got a perfect introduction of the city of Bilbao. Then we entered into our room which was quite and very clean. In the bathroom there was all the necessities (shampoo, tooth brash, shaver, etc.). And the breakfast was extraordinary. We never had a rich buffet like this. And what we also estimated very much that this hotel gave a handicapped young man a chance to having a job. This gentleman was responsible to refill the the liquids at the buffet. If we come back to Bilbao we definitely will stay again in this beautiful hotel, built in a Mexican style.

Made my booking months ago. Rang to confirm my booking and time of arrival on the day of my stay. Got to the reception only to be told that there were no rooms and that they had booked me into another hotel close by. There was no senior member of the hotel staff to talk to. As I was trying to sort out the reason why there was no room for me ,there seemed to be other couples booking in. I was certainly not impressed. My treatment was unjustified and although I was booked into another very nice hotel and a cab organised to get me the new location, I found the whole situation quite astounding!

This hotel was disappointing. Although well situated opposite the guggenheim, the shower overflowed, the Michelin star restaurant was closed and the rooms did not let enough natural light in. Added to this the swimming pool was far too small and there is no-where to sit by the side of it. Avoid for the price.

it was a well maintained hotel located steps away from G museum. the balcony in the room just fanstic overlooking park and bilbao. the staff is very helpful, and Q lounge is also great place to drink before heading out. loved it.

I'd highly recommend the Melia Bilbao; fantastic value for the money- awesome foyer and fantastic design all over the hotel. Loved the rooftop pool also, and the hotel staff were excellent.

“素晴らしいホテル”
川の中央に位置し、グッゲンハイムから徒歩5分。広々とした部屋、快適なベッド、防音対策が施されており良い睡眠が取れます。朝食は豊富で、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、パン、チーズ、ジュースなど素晴らしい選択肢がありました。 レストランで何度か食事をしましたが、料理が美味しく、ワインも適正価格でした。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。ホテルはきれいで快適です。小さなプールとフリーウェイトを備えた適切なジムがあります。またここに宿泊したいです。
