The hotel is very modern and clean, service is very good, reception staff have been very welcoming and responded to all our requests promptly. Breakfast buffet was ok too. Overall quality was surprisingly good for the money we paid. The location of the hotel is not very central, but a walking distance to the beach and restaurants (10-15 min) and some sights (30 -35 min), we love walking, so it wasn’t a problem for us at all. We stayed in a family room 705, which was a perfect size for the 3 of us and had an additional sofa bed and a view over the city. my only criticism is that the kids were only allowed in the pool from 10.00-13.00 which is not a very convenient time, I wish it was made clear at the time of booking. Otherwise it is a very decent hotel.

Friendly staff. Helpful and patient. Having the taxi booked in advance and for departure was very good. The taxi drivers were very polite and helpful making it less stressful.

hotel good , but charging extras ie pool spa , why , i came to have dental treatment could not eat to much. after teeth and implants . i noticed no kettle went and asked for one given satchets coffee sugar. they charged 18 euros disgusting. when i went to breakfast there they were for everyone to take. so that was unkind of bar staff to charge so much. i had to rest in room and spanish teli was also tedious after 2 days.

I like the hotel in overall. But tge walks in tge rooms seems like made from paper. I got to wake up everyday from my bed jumping as someone in the room on the other side was going crazy. As soon cleaning lady its in or your neighbor up you get no piece. You can hear everything as they was in your room. Also there no one to get your luggage to or out of your room. Seems strange for being 4 star. Internet was good, you can change TV in english, and daily menu of €16.65 was good. Breakfast price as in every hotel outrages. Location is good. Close to metro and Agbar tower 20 min walking. Also there big shopping mall around Agbar.

My son and I spent a wonderful weekend exploring Barcelona from a beautifully designed and well run centrally located hotel. We could pretty much walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe even to return on foot late at night.

Old decoration, poor decoration, doorway wooden panel dropped off and hit my head badly (you can see nails on the panel too), thank goodness the nails didn't stick in to my head or else I would bleed and delay my flight schedule... Complain to staffs, but poor responses. Feel really disappointed for such a 4-star rated hotel making me to give negative feedback!

The hotel divided by two parts. The major part seems better than attached parts. It seems all Agoda guests lived in the attached parts. The attached part doesn't have a slope so you need to carry your luggage for one step to the elevator. The wall between elevator to room seems not very good. But the room is very great. Bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. I like the hotel after I compare with other hotel where I lived one week later. The two hotel is the same rank by four stars, but Salle Hotel is very great after I compared with other hotel. Subway is near the hotel. If you would like to enjoy local breakfast and dinner, the hotel is a great place. There are many Bars open in the night and close the hotel. Beer and dinner is cheap in the bar. This is a safe and peace location.

Stayed at Salles Pere IV Hotel for 7 nights during a trade event. Hotel facilities were decent, and rooms though small, had a nice european decor and were clean. Location was not too bad, as there were two metro stations within walkable distance, namely Bogatell (nearer of the two, estimated 4 mins walk) and Marina which was further, about 10 minutes walk). Staff were polite and helpful. And breakfast was pretty decent. Overall, i enjoyed my stay in Salles Pere IV hotel, and would recommend this hotel for business travellers who are looking for a hotel at reasonable rates.

I really loved this hotel, it's clean and have a very good service. Stayed for 3 nights during a business trip. It's location is in a very quiet area but with the beach only 15 mins away.

well kept hotel, pity for the total lack of view from the room as it opened onto other rooms. i do think a 4 star hotel should give you the safe key without charging but overall the hotel is fine for what you pay (wireless internet is included) maybe 15 minutes queue to check out not ideal but it might not be a recurring thing. lots of restaurants and bars within 10/15 minutes walking distance in one direction and the beach in another direction.
