We were gravely disappointed at the room we were given. As we entered the place, there was no proper personnel guiding us through the automated room allocation. The toilet had a funky smell. I felt that for the price I paid, this room was not worthy it.

Not very far from the metro stop, check-in was automated and was a bit of hassle since there was no human to help. No elevator at the property. Clean but small rooms.

According to your booking site, I ordered the Putxet by gaiarooms. These showed the room pictures were not correct and very different from reality. How to solve this big problem? Due to not using these ordered rooms I again ordered another hotel with a very expensive price. Please contact me Putxet by gaiarooms responsible person.

If you need to do something arround the area or you want to go to the Putxet park, you can stay there. if not, much more better choices wait for you in the other parts of Barcelona, no matter in which season!

but,when staff clean the room, he enter eventhough i am in the room then he ask me "do you want to clean room" that's question is wrong. if i want or not, he must no enter my room and ask.

5 mins walk away from metro. It's self service check.in but my credit card was not accepted. Luckily a couple from france helped me a lot and that's why i could check in suceessfully. No staff or food was provided therefore no rating for that. If fridge and hair dryer could be pprovided would be much better.

El lugar no cuenta con recepción presencial, un sistema digital engorroso y sin ninguna guía. No tiene ascensor y a la escalera es muy angosta, e dificulta mucho subir con maletas. Por el precio puedes encontrar mejores opciones. Muy mala experiencia.

Pas d’accueil, une simple tablette avec laquelle il faut se débrouiller. Chambre sale, limite délabrée. La peinture et les meubles sont en train de tomber en lambeau. Une odeur d’égout qui flotte dans la chambre. Cela dit la femme de ménage prend la peine de venir tous les jours.

Hôtel vieux et loin de sagrada familia et du parc guell

Endroit à l'écart du centre mais avec le métro hyper facile et le quartier est calme. Dommage que l'insonorisation de l'hôtel ne soit pas du tout bonne. Cela reste un hôtel 2 étoiles, confort basique, mais propre.

Le personnel était plutôt jeune, polyglotte et gentil. La bonne surprise c'était qu'au lieu d'avoir une chambre double, nous avons eu une chambre triple, donc beaucoup plus spacieuse. Nous avions vue sur la rue, mais quelle vue! Sur la villa moderniste en face, magique! Ce quartier St Gervais est calme par rapport au centre, à seulement 5mn de la station Lesseps et proche à pieds du Parc Güell! La climatisation était agréable, elle est coupée entre 00h et 8h mais ça allait. Pas de petit déjeuner, ni de parties communes mais à l'accueil un distributeur de boissons chaudes, froides et snacks, ainsi qu'une fontaine à eau (elle, gratuite) à côté de casiers à consignes à 2€ (place énorme, vous pouvez y caser plusieurs valises et sacs). La salle de bains était assez spacieuse, en longueur et équipée d'un sèche-cheveux. Nous n'avons pas eu de bruit, à part un couple de voisins très contents de se retrouver à 1h du matin... Proche de l'hôtel, un chouette bistrot pour manger des tapas croquettes, et burgers maison ; et en face de la station de métro le café spécialisé dans le café glacé et à côté une très bonne pâtisserie. Et un super restau Tapas moderne à 8mn Vasi (carrer St Gervasi di Cassoles).

Hôtel assez satisfaisant dans l'ensemble. Bon rapport qualité-prix, nous étions dans une période creuse et avons profité de réductions. L'hôtel est éloigné de la ville, mais c'est au calme. Il offre une proximité avec le centre ville.

“Not worth the money”
The rooms are not accurately depicted as the pictures on the website. They are very small. The amenities also indicate there is an elevator but that is also inaccurate. The area where the hotel is located is very nice and that's the only plus. If I had known I would not have booked for 6 days. ☹️
