私は「Habitat アパートメント Cool Jazz」を8泊予約しましたが、最終的に通知もなく別の建物「Hot Jazz」に宿泊することになりました。「Hot Jazz」は古くて狭いです。

What I love about the apartment is the design and cosiness. The comfortable bed and pillow are just what you need after a long flight. Not to mention, the utensils are the best I've encountered so far. Only downside is, they do not provide sugar or creamer/milk for the coffee. Location wise, you cannot go wrong. It's a quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants, supermarkets and the best part is the bakery across the street, La Cantonada. I went there every single day!

Love this place! Spacious, convenient and clean, would go back again! Do note theres a city charge and slightly costly deposit which they will return you 7days later (credit card) if the room has no issues after check out

Habitat Apartments Cool Jazz Apartments are located in an excellent area for exploring Barcelona, the closest metro station is a 2 minute walk down the street, the area itself is safe to walk around both day and night, across the road from the apartment is a supermarket that has friendly staff who will help you get what you need. An excellent bakery is located on the left hand corner of the same street, they do fantastic toastadas and coffee. The apartments are very clean, an abundance of hot water is always available, the shower is great plenty of water pressure and the dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer are a god send.

We stayed 4 nights. Easy to find, close to metro station, lovely helpful welcome. Our 3 kids (11, 8, 4) shared a room, which was just about big enough. Massive double bed for us and plenty of room for clothes etc. Good facilities - iron, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, safe for valuables and a secure door. Supermarkets and cafes with croissants etc nearby saved on eating out costs. Sagrada Familia easy walking distance. If you go to Park Guell, there’s a bus from nearby that is much quicker and drops off nearer than the metro. Nice roof terrace, although we were out and about most of the time so didn’t really use it. They booked us an early morning taxi to airport as we left at 5am. We’d definitely come back.

Great place with nice location, very clean and well decorated and equipped (you can find here everything what needed: washing machine, dishwasher, Iron, hair dryer... ) We spent 4 night in this apartment, there was no problem with late check-in, only a fee of € 20 has been charged upon arrival. The only problem was the tourist tax which during the booking was accrued by the website in about 15 € (for 5 people) payable locally, and after arrival we had to pay 39€ for 4 persons. Despite this I honestly recommend this property

We stayed in this apartment in a group of four. The size of this apartment is enough for us. Good location, you just need to walk for 3-5mins for a metro station. You don't need to worry about the breakfast, lunch or dinner because there are a lot of restaurants nearby. You can also find whatever you want in the apartment including all cooking utensils, washing machine, dish washer, etc. That was very convenient for us! The only bad thing I would like to mention is that there was renovation in the progress during our stay in September 2017, so it was very noisy when workers were carrying out the construction (we only heard these noise during afternoon).

Good place, good location. Will be ideal but unfortunately when I was there they were doing construction work on the other rooms. This was very noisy and started early in the morning leading to little sleep. The builders knocked out the air-con in my room and then proceeded to let themselves into my apartment. I was in but would have been uncomfortable to know they just wandered in if I had been out at the time. Good location and very helpful staff on arrival, although I had to wait 20mins to be let in even though I had started my estimated arrival time. I have no doubts it will be a good place but at the moment I can't recommend due to the construction work in progress, not sure it's fit for purpose.

公寓離地鐵站只有幾分鐘的路程, 得方便, 附近也有超市及商店可買到所需之物資；公寓內設備齊全及清潔, 洗碗碟機及洗衣機都運作良好, 幫了不少忙；公寓負責人很有禮貌亦很幫忙, 有機會再來巴塞也會再考慮這家公寓。

我們一家4人對於住宿很滿意，員工的回覆很即時，雖然廁所衛生紙不夠，但是樓下就有小型超市可以購買民生用品非常方便，樓下也有好吃的早餐麵包，地鐵跟公車站都在樓下很方便，住宿環境也很安全，我們一家人都玩到很晚也很安全的抵達住宿，非常推薦大家去巴塞隆那玩住Habitat喔！

Hermoso departamento, la ubicación es genial, ya que hay una estación del metro que conecta con todo Barcelona en la esquina. Todo el equipamiento es nuevo y funciona de maravillas y el precio es inmejorable!! Sin dudas es para recomendar!

Appartement nickel refait à neuf. Très bien équipé. Très bien placé. Seul bémol, immeuble très mal insonorisé. On entend beaucoup la rue et les voisins.

O local é agradável e limpo. Há um leve incomodo na passagem do metrô(vibra) e algumas vezes os vizinhos são muito barulhentos. A quantidade de ítens de higiene, toilete é insuficiente para 4 ou mais pessoas dependendo do número de dias.

スタッフは非常に親切で、私たちが到着する前に到着時間を確認するために連絡をくれ、夜のフライトのためにチェックアウト後にロッカーを提供してくれました。アパートメントはとても素晴らしく、清潔で、すべてが正常に動作していました。2つの寝室はサイズが非常に異なり、メインルームは広く、大きなスーツケースを置くスペースがたくさんありました。2番目の部屋には2つのシングルベッドがあり、床のスペースはあまりありませんでした。時々、建物の中は少し騒がしかったです。
