“Night good bed in town”

Room was clean, airco worked perfect, easy way to town. Nice restaurants on walking distance and breakfast just direct around the corner. Good price. Would come back again.

beds could be more comfortable, they are bit too old and not elastic.

Pros: Location, early check in. CONS: staff was polite but never cleaned our room once the 4 nights we stayed. They attempted to come in the first morning but all we needed was towels. After that we were never serviced and were never offered service again. We needed toilet paper and when we asked for it at the front desk we were told to get it ourselves from the closet. The rooms were disgusting. Mainly the shower, there is an untreated wooden pallet on the floor of the shower and underneath you can clearly see how black the floor is with mildew. The ceiling also had mildew and a spider living in the corner. The pallet wasn’t secured, it was basically falling apart. We had to wear flip flops just to shower and threw them away when we left. We almost fell on several occasions either by the wood planks moving or our shoes sticking to the wood. Not to mention the smell. The entire bathroom smelled of mildew. A/C was weak and barely cooled. The entire building/lobby was always very warm.

Due to an error made. The hotel was being stubborn and refusing to change a booking date within 5 minutes of making the error. This resulted in me having to pay for a night which was booked online at 11pm for the same day. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this hotel.

Location and price are ok but hotel is only average. A/c works poorly, staff is not very concerned when things don’t work, and it needs a deep cleaning or renovation.

“A hotel just off the beaten path”

The staff were friendly and helpful if you are nice and polite. Good places to eat on the main streets. Close to the metro station and train station to the airport. If you want a nicer room and more luxury then try another hotel but if you will be out all day shopping and sightseeing then this could be the hotel for you.

A very pleasant stay overall. It is walking distance to all the major sights and close to train stations and bus stops.

“Perfect location, small but ok.”

the hotel itself is quite small. free wi-fi. the room is a bit uncomfortable. the showroom entrance is very very tiny. the room is just fine. breakfast has only limited choice. however, the best for this hotel is location. only 1 block from shopping street. very very convenient. many food to find for your dinner.

“Fantastic hotel in a great location”

This hotel was fantastic. The staff, especially Vicky were very friendly and helpful, even making us coffee at 2am! The rooms are quite small but nicely renovated and the bathroom was great, exactly like the pictures. Location of the hotel is also good, near a metro or train in the Gaudi area. You are still close to all the action but far enough to have some peace and quiet from the hussle and bussle of Las Ramblas. Would definately stay here again.

advantages: 1. it was nice and clean. 2. diego is a nice guy. 3. it was close to the city center 4. bath was clean 5. could sleep 6. breakfast was ok disadvantages: 1. there was no view from our room 2. we paid 90 euro, i think its over priced.

i really loved staying at the boutique. the people were really friendly and nice. the place was small, but clean and comfortable.

“Charming small B&B”

The location is great, directly in front of BCN's most exclusive hotel. One block from Paseo de Gracia, 2 blocks from both Casa Batllo and La Pedreda. Breakfast needs to be more extensive, cold cuts and cheese would add some protein to the repast. it would be nice for them to has access to one.

“Shopping!”

Close to major shopping area and Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. Also, just 5 minutes walk to metro and it can save your time to major area. Actually, it just cost 15 minutes walk from hotel to Sagrada Familla. Basically, the room is good especially it's located inside a historical building. It's quite funny to take the ancient lift from the ground floor. :)

“Der er skimmelsvamp i badeværelse og Hall . Personalet mener ikke det er et problem 🙄”

At man ikke mener at skimmelsvamp er en sundheds fare er meget bekymrerne... Jeg kunne se at det har været der længe ellers er det ikke så omfattende ... Arbejder som bygningsmaler og har specialt kursus i netop dette problem Tjekkede ud så snart jeg kunne få en ny flybillet hjem. Vil under ingen omstændigheder bo sådan et sted. Gav personale besked i god tid om dette . Tjekkede ud d.12-8 i stedet for d.15-8. Det skal lige siges at samme problem er i gangareal ..... skimmelsvamp. De vil på ingen måde give mig et mindre beløb tilbage. Jeg kunne jo bare flytte til et andet værelse. Hvem vil bo sådan et sted ? Sjovt nok indrømmede personale at hele bygningen havde store problemer men at ejer er ligeglad. Det skal også med at gulv i badekabine er lavet af træ, og fyldt med skimmelsvamp, det er bare svært at se for det utrænede øje. Der lugter meget grimt i baderummet. Det er tydelig at også hele den ene væg i gangen er angrebet af fugt og fugt der står længe bliver til skimmelsvamp
