We stayed in a short period for 3 days and 2 nights from arrival to departure it was a great experience. The owner extend her help pick up a cake to surprise the birthday celebrant on our last night. Looking forward to stay in this Home next year.

Stayed at Welcome Guesthouse due to an event in Suwon World Cup Stadium, which is quite near to the guesthouse. Not the nearest place for tour places, but perfect for going to the Stadium. The place is very much automated, from entrance to the elevator to the key access to everything. Wifi was super fast and all needed amenities were provided (even down to the toothpaste). Everything about it is fantastic! The host was super nice, she helped me with everything from tour location details, where to go and what to do, bus number that I need to ride to wherever I want to go, and even woke up at 7AM just to help me book a taxi for my travel back to Incheon Airport. She has helped me way above the call of a guesthouse host. My only recommendation for improvement will be provision of rental adaptor plug for Korean voltage, other than that, everything is just perfect. Highly recommend for everyone to stay!

I've travelled around quite a bit in Korea, and this is the best guesthouse I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable, and a nice breakfast spread. It's also located close to a lot of nice restaurants and cafes, and a beautiful park. The couple who run it also craft their own furniture, which is used in the guesthouse! Well worth it!

It is a new guesthouse, in a building that is less than 6 months old. It is still lacking a sign though. Extremely clean, large kitchen, free WiFi. Heated floors and electronic combination locks on guest rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they both speak English.

“とても綺麗で清潔”
到着が予定よりも遅くなったが、心配して連絡をくれたりした。 設備はとてもきれいで、新築のよう。清掃も行き届いていて清潔。床暖房あり。 おすすめです。
