韓国に友達と行く際は弘大のゲストハウスを利用することが多いですが、今回、急遽決まったため駅近の低価格のところが軒並み空いてなかったため、こちらを初めて利用しました。 とても綺麗で部屋に洗濯機もあるし、スタッフの印象も良いですし、セキュリティ面もいいと思います。近くにコンビニや飲食店もあるので困らないですが…駅には遠すぎます。片道15分は見たほうがいいです。空港鉄道でしたら20分は見たほうがいいです。 ちょっと忘れ物をしたら、戻るのが面倒な距離感なので、子連れにも向かないと思います。

別館の弘大駅近い方に宿泊 キッチン無しのダブルルームに宿泊 宿泊している間、清掃は入らずタオルは自分から交換しに行く カギは内ロックがあるので安心 親切で声掛けやすいスタッフが23時まで対応してくれる 日本語で会話できるスタッフもいる 総合的に良かった

着いたのが遅い時間だったので、日本語対応可能なスタッフの方はいらっしゃいませんでしたが、英語でとても丁寧に説明、対応してくださいました。 駅からは遠く、少し不便な立地でしたが、とてもステキな時間を過ごせました！

入住房間網上標示為 36 平方米（388平方呎）但收房時，房間只有約 22 平方米左右，房內裝飾殘舊，房內有一張雙人床、一掛牆電視、一雪櫃、一張檯、一張椅、一洗衣機、一微波爐、一小型廚房有食具提供，房內完全沒有櫃可放置物品，洗手間沒有任何間格、浴簾，沐浴後洗手間全濕，浴室門柄鍍鉻剝落，會割手，浴室牆磚有霉菌，即時經向負責人反映，負責人稱會改善及作出少量補償. 公寓所在位置在弘大區，尚算方便，而職員態度友善.

Found out water dripping from the air con during the first day and asked the staff to come and fix, or alternatively allows us to change room. The staff promised and settle this the next day as all rooms are fully booked but end up no following up and just hoping the air con get back to normal without checking and finding out the problem, until the day we check out. The location is easily accessible to public transport, but I believe that there’re a lot more guesthouse nearby better than this.

Staff at Sunny Hill are very kind and helpful, the place itself is clean and not too far from the station. In terms of price, it is affordable enough in my opinion.

The room is clean and spacious for our group of 5. Facilities are complete. The staff are friendly and very helpful. However, there is no lift to the room. We are staying on 4th floor. It was a little tired to climb up the stairs with big luggages or after a long tiring day. Other than that, everything is fine.

Me and my sister stayed 6 nights at this guesthouse. Love the room which has basic facilities e. g washing machine, kitchen stove, etc. Hongdae area is nice for the stay in Seoul. near to hongik university subway station. about 15 minutes walk.

Even the place are far away with subway around 20 minutes. But the place are great. But only the place for breakfast are small cannot have 1 room in 10person. So far nice place.

The exit 3 of Hongik University Station is near to Incheon Airport Railroad Station (all-stop train). If taking AREX, it is just 2 stations to Seoul Station using Incheon Airport Railroad (light blue line). But other lines need to walk a distance. Same as to Hongdae hot places in exit 8 and 9. Need to walk 10 to 15 min from exit 3 to the guesthouse but we were enjoyed the journey. Along the walk, we were able to see how Korean enjoy their life during night time. Especially walk further up from the station exit, there is a small park. Young people likes to "night pinic" there. There will have people singing and performing their talents on Saturday night. Along the walk, there are many cafes and restaurants. You will also have to pass by a police station. There is a convenient store close to the guesthouse. The owner's husband and staffs are nice. The kitchen at the common area is spacious and clean. I felt comfortable to prepare our breakfast there (of course, the guesthouse provides the breakfast raw ingredients like egg, bread, jam, milk, cereals and others). The room is also comfortable to stay.

So the only con really is that there are two locations and we were sent to the wrong one first! The second one is only 5/10 mins walk further out so it’s not too bad :) it’s a really nice space, enough space for 4 adults to not be on top of each other and super clean so bonus!! The beds are quite hard so if you like that it’s perfect - I don’t mind :) The staff were amazing, super helpful and always smiling!

I booked a family room for 5 persons. The room is located at the 5th floor without elevator. The parking area is very limited for maximum of 3 cars. The room is clean and comfort, but the kitchen is not so good. Some necessary stuffs for cooking are not available, especially no microwave.

This is a nice place to stay to have your own room with your own mini kitchen and toilet shower. No curfew and you have your own privacy. Hongdae is on line 2 so it is easy to find your way. You do need to walk for about 10 minutes to the next metro but you are in a quiet and residential part which ia quite nice. There are a lot of small cafe around as well. Staff speaks English so if you need help you can always ask them!

“少し遠い”
ホンデ駅2番出口から徒歩で15分くらいかかります。 平らな道なのですが、遠く感じます。 部屋に洗濯機があるところやトイレとシャワーが離れているところはとても良かったです。
