if you did a late check-in, you have to go back to outside from this room. we should find another room at 01:00 am it's a terrible experience

Most Important Note: The staff/management in this establishment is very incompetent and they do not even speak English; luckily I speak Chinese and could communicate with them. My Experience: When I arrived, there was an old couple in the office/common room who looked at me with a puzzled expression as if I was invading their home. After asking about my room, I quickly discovered that they didn't speak any English but did speak Chinese. The main worker (the wife of the owner) soon arrived and could speak verrrry little English, so we continued to use Chinese. She and the old couple (her parents) told me that the room I booked wasn't available, which was a double bed private room for my girlfriend and I. When I told them simply to refund my money, the lady said I'd have to go on Agoda and cancel. The old man suggested that I just stay in the dorm bed room as nobody else was there. I accepted and my stay in that room was just alright, a lot of mosquitoes though. I think the whole family lives there, as the common room is where this family spends most of their time. Whenever I left the room to go to the bathroom, I felt like I was walking through a stranger's home, and it was real awkward. The bathroom was disgusting and I didn't even take a shower there. The child woke me up with screaming the next morning. Long Story Short: Don't stay here unless you are damn sure your private room is available and you can speak Chinese and you are incredibly tolerant of shoddy conditions. In fact, maybe just don't stay here at all.

I visited the alpha guesthouse 3 and 2 years ago and I was happy with everything. That was the reason for me to decide to visit it again. But I think the owner has changed. I arrived and they dont even tried to talk with me . Just starring at his computer and play games.. Okay I'm fine with that but our problem was (we were 4 people) we cant breath in the bathroom. everywhere mold, dirt, feces, cockroaches. I am a low budget traveler but no hostel ever smells as bad as the alpha guesthouse. We had a lot of hair in our beds and blood at the wall (mosquitoes). We stayed there for 9 days and they never cleaned up our rooms or the livingroom or the kitchen. The climax was that there was a children(son of the owner) and he just stand in front of the door and pee against the wall. Honestly I will never come back again.

[가성비 대만족] 직원 친절 보통, 위치 큰 차도에서 걸어서 2분, 위생 중,하 입니다. 초등학생도 있는 걸 보니 보통의 가정집같아요. 게스트하우스 손님 또는 가족들 대부분이 중국어를 쓰시네요/

“予約したにもかかわらず…”
予約したにもかかわらず、チェックインしに伺うと満室ですと言われました。 小1時間ほど待たされ、シングルルームで予約したのですが、相部屋なら大丈夫ですと言われました。 お断りすると、近所に住む知り合いのゲストハウスなら紹介出来るとのこと。 結局はそちらに泊まるはめになりました。 そのゲストハウスはドミトリーしかないものの、他の宿泊客がいなかったため一応、シングルルームとして使用出来ました。 チェックインしに伺ってから1時間ほど待たされましたので、貴重な旅の時間が無駄になりました。 二度と予約はしません。 ちなみにオーナーは中国人の方で、英語と中国語は堪能ですが、日本語は話せません。 韓国語も多分、あまり通じないと思います。 参考までに…
