Greum Resort Jeju offers clean, spacious rooms with kitchenettes and great ocean views. It's close to the airport and ideal for short stays. Staff are friendly, and the location is peaceful yet convenient. A good budget-friendly option, especially for families or early flights. Slight aircraft noise, but manageable.

just a normal decent place to stay. staff was very nice and the breakfast was simple but still nice! Airplane sound is very loud but it didn't bother us

The location was really nice, around the coast!!!! Good food nearby too and travelling around was easy (we took uber haha) The room was clean and rather large!

Some young folks have taken over an old-school Korean pension and tried to do it up. Over time, it may improve. Right now, it feels like they've just got started. Simple things like air-conditioners that cool the room like those 1980s ones with the ACTUAL ice in them and the "convenient" in-room tablet ordering system that can't be turned off and stops you from sleeping by lighting up the room over night. As of now, I can't recommend this place. But, we'll see what plans they have in the future.

It was clean and very close to the airport. i could walk to the airport early in the morning. I stayed in the room only during the night so it was all right but during the day time the airplanes are very loud. Just keep that in mind.

We booked this hotel for the pool but unfortunately it has been closed for the year! Otherwise it was good stay, big room with kitchenette and next to the ocean. Starbucks and CU right down the street. Free coffee and drinking water is a plus! And free cereals for breakfast. Hotel staff were all very friendly and nice!

The back garden of the hotel was not as depicted in the photos, and its proximity to the airport was bothersome due to frequent airplane noise. However, the sea view from the room was lovely. The standout aspect was the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Good,spacious room. With sink, microwave, boiler, bar fridge, TV, Attached bath. Bed nice and soft. You need to be at least level 3 to enjoy sea view. Else blocked by Starbucks . I love floor heating, very comfortable to walk on, warm, not hot. Air not terribly dry. Most of the staff doesn't really speak English, but not 5oo much an issue. Not very sound proof, on last night of stay, comes a noisy neighbour upstairs, walking heavily. Staff not pretty attentive to top up utilities at the free breakfast counter. All in all, I enjoy the stay there, very convenient to walk around.

I like the room, can see the air planes & sea view. Doesn’t mind the air-planes flying noise, it’s kind of holiday experience & good thing is that in the night is quite. The balcony facing the sea although there are few bldg in front of hotel, no view blockage. Price can be lower that is my feel, after the comparison to others accommodations .

The room was nice but that was all. the free breakfast was nothing. Checkin staff kind and friendly but the tall man at checkout was not very kind. There are too many choices on Jeju.

You get your bang for your buck here and its a good sized space too. The location is great and plenty of places to eat and shop near by. The rooms were clean and staff was nice :)

3박이용했음. 생수첫날만 지급한다하고 안줌. 청소도 이틀에 한번 해준다더니, 전혀안해줌,프론트에 항의하니. 청소한거라 우기며 실실쪼갬. 여자직원 정말 서비스직에서 일하면 안돼는 안하무인임.절대가지마세요. 기분좋은여행 개망침!

Beautiful View, Poor Management While the room itself was quite nice and offered a stunning sea view, the overall experience was overshadowed by a complete lack of maintenance and transparency. The washroom was non-functional from the moment we arrived. What made it worse was the discovery that the staff were already aware of a prior short-circuit issue in this specific room, yet they chose to assign it to us anyway. To add to the frustration, the repairs were not handled in a timely manner. It is disappointing to see a hotel prioritize room occupancy over guest safety and basic functionality. A great view doesn't compensate for a broken bathroom and slow service. I would not recommend staying here until they improve their maintenance standards.
