The Capital 20 West property looks exactly as pictured. Our stay was really good and relaxing. The staff is wonderful and is very helpful. With our stay we purchased the option that included breakfast and it was pretty good. Very spacious place and housekeeping did a good job cleaning everyday. Location is not too bad, but would suggest a rental car or you can take Uber everywhere with no issues. I would recommend it.

The staff is awesome!!! The food is good. Great gym. The room is very small and you kind of feel as if your bed is in the corridor. They offered an other room, not so much different. I could hear the people in the room next to mine. Spent my last day on a tour as I had a late night flight.. I was offered a room to shower upon my return :)) The price Agoda advertises for the airport pickup is not correct. Actuel price is 500zar.

I was at The Capital 20 West from Friday until Sunday. The Friday staff was amazing in my checking in. The Staff that took over for Saturday nightshift was very abusive to my guest following the incident that happened with the booking of other room.

Always a good choice. Its been around for awhile and I've stayed here numerous times. Its starting to experience some wear but the management is ever-changing and always trying to get things right. TVs are getting dated and furniture starting to wear. But all in all its a nice, secure and clean place to stay. Good free parking, spacious accommodation (apart from the so called standard room which is a concrete matchbox), decent meals, nice shuttle (shared amongst the Capital Group). You really can't go wrong with 20 West. They need to be more flexible with their check-in times and try more to accommodate early arrivals

サービスアパートと思って申し込んだが、洗濯機がなく困った。 ワンベッドルーム以上を選べば、洗濯、調理が可能な部屋で、ワンルームだとホテルと変わらずメリット低い。
