No cleaning for 3 days even after asking. But when we were leaving they started cleaning before we even checked out. Feels like they dont want you to stay there. Shocking service, house keeping and management.

Fantastic location, room and staff. However, we did find it quite odd that the room comes with an television but excludes cable, thus leaving us unable to watch anything. Overall though, great stay!

New place in Hermanus, modern and good. This was also another last minute option we ended up in while travelling in South Africa, this time in Hermanus and it was a pleasant surprise. I could tell from the beginning that the place is new in the market, as most of the furniture and appliances look pretty new, and that was a plus. The location is very central in Hermanus and, despite there's no sea view from the rooms, it has a nice small swimming pool at the top of the building that makes a difference. The staff was very helpful and accommodating too. Breakfast is done in a nearby coffee place, and it's quite basic, however enough for us. This is a place I would recommend to stay in Hermanus as it is also good value for money.

We arrived to the main hotel where check in is conducted at 1pm. No smiles or friendliness, as we have come to expect as being excellent throughout everywhere else in SA. Instead the staff demanded our passports and said the room won’t be ready until 3. Also they said we would need to move our hire car to paid street parking when we could eventually check in. Hotel itself was right on the cliff with a great location for whale watching. However the gallery is a 5 minute walk away through town, located above a semi derelict shopping centre. The room was large, draughty and very noisy from both road traffic and drunk people, but mostly from the excessive wind which rattled the windows all night. Breakfast in the main hotel was okay but again staff were very disinterested and rude. The only staff member who was helpful was Webster who helped us take our suitcases to the gallery and told us we could park our car in the underground hotel car park - thank you Webster!

To our surprise, when we arrived, we had been upgraded. The staff exceptionally friendly and helpful will definitely do it again

We actually stayed in Harbour House Hotel (sister hotel), the reason for this was that we were the only guests staying in The Gallery Studio on that night. That said it was an upgrade really as this hotel was nearly double the price at my time of booking. Overall a very nice one night stay and a comfortable spacious room with nice tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast wasn't bad but could be better. Staff were friendly and parking was easy and safe. Will stay again

Die Apartments liegen direkt an der Bucht (Wasserkante) und bieten somit einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt zur Walbeobachtung.

“Excellent location!”
Excellent location. Rooms are well equipped with small appliances and kitchen utensils. The only negative comment is the noise from the street at night, bins being moved/cleared, restaurant staff coming/going.
