Location was great. Staff was helpful The parking app is not the best And parking was not enough or maybe not indicated well enough. Parking was also expensive Room was small for what you pay Room next to elevator was noisy Wifi was not to bad

We are sorry to hear that our room size was not to your expectation.We noticed that the room you stayed in was one of our smaller rooms. We have made a note on your profile to have a bigger room allocated. Thank you for your feedback with regards to the parking and the app, training will be done with the staff and we are currently working on the app to make the process smoother. Kindly note we unfortunately do not own the parking facilities therefore there is a levy charged for the parking. Townhouse does cover the majority of the cost. We sincerely hope that the quality of your last stay has not deterred you from visiting us again in the future as a return visit would offer us a chance to improve on your last stay. The air conditioning was broken throughout my stay, making my room uncomfortably warm. The internet was unreliable, often out and usually slow. The room was pleasant but not particularly convenient. All in all, I'd rate this hotel adequate but not a place to return to if other options are available.
